Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

The room is very good and well equipped. It is recommended that the store on the first floor increase the sales of essential items. Although it is a bit far, the price is really good.

The future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.

Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

We booked a room at Hyatt House. Rebecca enthusiastically checked us in. Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I took my kids back to my hometown and passed by. I specifically found a new hotel. I have stayed in Orange hotels in other cities before and had a good impression of Orange hotels. As expected, I was not disappointed. I arrived at 8 or 9 in the evening. There are many foods near the hotel. The hotel staff sent fruits, slippers and toothbrushes for the children. It was super thoughtful. I asked about the breakfast time the next day the night before and sent breakfast to the room. This is the first time I have seen breakfast delivered to the room in all these years. It is very rich and delicious. Hot mineral water was also sent when checking out. I really recommend that you can stay there when you need it ❤️

The room was very comfortable. The all-inclusive breakfast and dinner package was a huge advantage, especially since you can pretty much only eat at the hotel here – there's no takeout and no other restaurants! I had stayed at another hotel for two nights previously, and eating in-house there was incredibly expensive, so having two meals included here was fantastic! The service was excellent. What truly impressed me was this: On the first night, there was a heavy sandstorm and rain, and my originally booked wooden cabin felt a bit noisy and unsettling. After I mentioned it to the butler, they immediately contacted the reservations department and upgraded my room type free of charge! I was so moved by this, that on the second day, I willingly paid the difference to continue staying in the upgraded room. Their efficiency and customer service ethic were outstanding! I also took some time to check out the Star Diamond Hotel, which is owned by the same company. I rested in the lobby and took photos at the beautiful church. Afterward, the lobby staff at Desert Diamond arranged for their car to take me back to Desert Star. This place was the most stunning 'attraction' of my entire trip. If I ever return to Zhongwei, I will definitely book a stay at Desert Diamond to experience it!

The environment is great, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's a bit far from the city center, so driving is not a good option. The staff seemed understaffed, especially during check-in, when the number of people was so high that it felt overwhelming. I was embarrassed by the gift the security guard gave me. After finishing the thing, I walked to the store in the autumn with the refreshing evening breeze in Yinchuan and still could eat. Walk back and return to quiet and rest. The parking lot is in front of the hotel's face, the oil car tram is divided into two rows, the charging pile is two rows, and the oil car yard has vegetation to shade slightly. Mine is the oil car, parking is free. The hotel environment is nearly five stars, it should have four and a half stars. The whole hotel has musk, elegant and comfortable. Don't feel that when you come to Ningxia, you will be full of beach sheep. This time I went to several cities. The people of Ningxia are very progressive and the self-requirement standards are very strict. The bedding is clean, the bedding is thick, and the room area is relatively wider. The most favorite place for this hotel is: she adjusted the electric toilet flush to a very suitable strength, and removed the sitting sensor to pre-storage water, and will not splash! Too human! ! ! The western region has been running, the only thing I have encountered is such a hotel! Other four-star hotels, have you ever sat on your own toilet? The hotel staff is also very kind and interesting, working hard, greetings are constantly before and after, come back at 12 o'clock in the night, the front desk of the night shift is also gentle greetings, the management of the northwest is really strict. I met two front desk ladies, one Qi bangs, especially like a spokesperson on the big billboard in Ningxia, and I seemed to see her wherever I went. The other was like the sugar treasure in ”Huaqian Bone” and took a photo of her. Meimei Da was very kind and comfortable. Manxin Hotel gave me a very warm and elegant experience in Yinchuan.
