Environment: Located across from the Yinchuan Municipal Government, some rooms with a view offer a斜向 view of Helan Mountain. Yinchuan isn't a large city, so getting anywhere is very convenient. Facilities: It's genuinely old. Even as we're about to pass 2025, you still see TVs with 20-year-old picture quality, and of course, no screen mirroring function. There are no convenient outlets by the bed for charging, and the front desk doesn't provide power strips, only a short 3-in-1 charging cable. The Wi-Fi signal is only one bar, and even when connected, it's unusable. There are no delivery robots; there's a locker downstairs for self-pickup. The diverter knob for switching between the overhead shower and handheld shower in the bathroom is almost broken. There's no smart toilet, not even a heated seat. Service: Very good, excellent attitude.

Really good and clean room which is always appreciated. The staff didn’t speak english but we were able to communicate with a translator. They were helpful and always on a good mood. It is really close to the south bus station. Some good restaurants nearby.

The futuristic capsule hotel offers a novel experience with smart controls, which is pretty good. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, possibly due to limited conditions in the desert. The breakfast and dinner selections were very limited. The most surprising thing was that a hotel primarily for families didn't even have children's cutlery in its restaurant. The butler service was practically non-existent; I had to wait a long time for no response before making a voice call. Although there weren't many guests on the night of our check-in, the service response was still very slow. I hope the hotel improves its service. The evening bonfire show was quite good and unique. For photos in the astronaut suit, they insisted I post on Xiaohongshu first to get it for free, and the suit itself was extremely dirty – the neck rim was completely black, and the suit was torn. The shoes they provided didn't even match. While the photos turned out okay, the overall experience was hard to describe. All in all, experiencing it once is enough. If you absolutely want to stay in the desert with family, the Starry Hotel is a better option.

The portion is full and the taste is also very good. Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you. Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags. Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly. Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

We booked a room at Hyatt House. Rebecca enthusiastically checked us in. Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I took my kids back to my hometown and passed by. I specifically found a new hotel. I have stayed in Orange hotels in other cities before and had a good impression of Orange hotels. As expected, I was not disappointed. I arrived at 8 or 9 in the evening. There are many foods near the hotel. The hotel staff sent fruits, slippers and toothbrushes for the children. It was super thoughtful. I asked about the breakfast time the next day the night before and sent breakfast to the room. This is the first time I have seen breakfast delivered to the room in all these years. It is very rich and delicious. Hot mineral water was also sent when checking out. I really recommend that you can stay there when you need it ❤️

I finally visited Star Hotel, which I've been wanting to try for ages! The hotel service was absolutely superb; the butler communicated patiently with me via WeChat throughout my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities are very comprehensive. This time, I booked a cabin in Zone B, and my child could dig in the sand right outside the door and freely slide down the dunes – it couldn't have been more convenient! The hotel's activity schedule is also very rich. I participated in a hike, specimen making, stargazing at the Stargazing Valley, and also experienced sand therapy and the 'Little Astronaut' program. The itinerary was vibrant and diverse, and I've already highly recommended it to my friends. Plus, breakfast and dinner are included, so you don't have to worry about what to eat, hehe. There's also a shuttle service to and from the Shapotou Scenic Area, which is super convenient. Star Hotel is really great, I'll definitely come again next time!

The environment is great, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's a bit far from the city center, so driving is not a good option. The staff seemed understaffed, especially during check-in, when the number of people was so high that it felt overwhelming. I was embarrassed by the gift the security guard gave me. But you can really feel the simple people of Ningxia. It's great that the kids can make their own crafts. The night porridge was also very thoughtful! Recommended
