We appreciated our stay at the hotel, as the room and facilities were generally good, especially the swimming pools. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. However, we did encounter an issue with the flushing toilet, which seemed to require some maintenance. The thin toilet paper provided was even not suitable for disposal in the toilet. We needed to go to the washroom in the lobby. We thus recommend that this be checked for future guests to ensure a better stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to see improvements in these areas next time.
This was the third or fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel, each time for a week or more. They give you a nice discount for longer stays. I especially like the pool overlooking the race track although sadly there is no more horse racing in Macau. I plan on staying here again. While the hotel is not as well located as some others, it’s between most bus and LRT stops, the price makes it worthwhile. Plus burning a few extra calories never hurts.
The location is next to Sands and fisher wharf, a a Thai restaurant at fisher wharf is yummy.
2 bed room 1 living room suit is awesome! 3 washroom and one big dressing room!
Master bed room air-con might have some prob but everything else are sound.
You might need a cab for transportation but all-in cost justified considering the room rate.
The family had a wonderful stay at the Parisian. It's super convenient, and had an amazing swimming pool and playhouse (both indoor and outdoor) for children to play in. They upgraded our room to one facing the Eiffel Tower and it was a gorgeous view indeed. Would definitely stay again.
Highly recommended
The room is big, bright, beautiful and clean.
The mini bar had lots of variety of drinks.
The dressing gown was so soft and comfy, sleeper were comfy too.
Definitely will come back to stay again .
for such a non expensive price to get a 5 star rated hotel, absolutely amazing. the service in the hotel lobby was great, have free tea for you to drink, staff opening doors for you, with a polite manner. the room was pretty big, very comfortable. one of the best experience is the very big pool with a massage pool next to it, u can enjoy yourself in the massage pool even if you don’t know how to swim. an absolutely amazing experience in this hotel!
On the evening of *June 4, 2025*, we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning in room 2203, which was not cooling properly. After contacting the front desk, a maintenance staff member arrived within approximately 10 minutes to inspect the system and confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the air outlet.
Following this, we called the front desk again to report the situation, and the duty manager responded swiftly and professionally by arranging for us to move to room 1603. As it was already close to midnight, we regret that we did not have the chance to note the names of the manager, front desk staff, and maintenance technician who assisted us.
We would be truly grateful if the hotel could help convey our sincere appreciation to the team members involved. Their efficiency and courtesy made a strong impression and turned a potentially uncomfortable situation into a positive experience.
I’ve visited the Grand Lisboa Palace twice now and there’s parts I love and hate.
What I love is the general vibe of the hotel, its elegance and style. Every hallway makes you feel in awe and the casino is great fun!
What I hated this time is that there were no casual bars or restaurants available or open. The only place we could find open was the food hall. Unfortunately, something we ate there gave us a very upset stomach. Furthermore, when I wanted to find something to drink (e.g. cocktail), we looked around and we could only find 1 bar on the 3rd floor. But by the time we got there, they were closing earlier than usual expected. We were then told to go to the casino’s bar ‘Bar Carat’ but it didn’t feel or look like a bar at all.
I really hope that the Grand Lisboa take more pride in their food and drink options in the future, because I do really like coming here.
The room is nice, jz the check in time takes a bit longer than expected. Location is really good jz it is too big, hanging from one place to another takes a lot of time to walk.
The room is really new and tidy and can see the water fountain from wynn palace
It is the Londoner Grand not Londoner, have to find the cartridge

Love the atmosphere here and the service are great.
The nearby shopping mall that connected with the hotel provide another entertainment area.
Will come to visit here again!

RRBMNTZAbsolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.
HHannahHotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
