Had a wonderful 1N stay. Room was spacious and clean. Free coach rides to/from ferry terminals, airport, old district, etc which saved us on transport. Walkable to various clusters of hotel-cum-mall in Taipa. Breakfast was hearty portion and food was decent. Linked mall carries mostly luxury brands but was glad to find KoKei Bakery for must-try Portuguese egg tart and to bring home their famous pastry gift boxes. Had a nice chilled cocktail at their bar on level 6 of Eiffel Tower Replica. Good choice indeed.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

amazing hotel, an attraction on its own. great and fast service, room well equipped, the only issue was the smell of smoke, especially in the corridors.

I love the ambiance it was quiet, clean, facilities are new, bathroom is superb and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It may be quite away from the strip but the free shuttle bus were all highly accessible so we could still go to different locations. They have free shuttle bus that takes you to the other side of Macau not just cotai. Still convenient. Buffet breakfast was also superb. Indoor pool awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

It was our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it whenever we visit Macau. The location is great, and the prices are affordable. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi with hot water. A special thanks to Exor at the reception, who was very welcoming and helpful. He even upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early, which was a relief since we were quite tired. We highly recommend the dinner and breakfast buffet at Praha Restaurant. The food selection is superb, especially the fresh oysters and sashimi. The noodles and BBQ section are also wonderful, managed by Marvin, who is always friendly and has a smile on his face. All the staff are fantastic, especially DJ and Rowena, who were attentive, cheerful, and made our stay even better. Overall, this hotel is fantastic, and we are already planning to come back next month!

Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.

We had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).

Literally just in front of the airport! They upgraded our room. Did not try their restaurant. So no comment on that free shuttle to cotai strip at the airport till 9pm room was spacious overlooking the runway, highly recommended

He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable. I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

Well this is fine hotel with good view to Macao centre and Vasco da Gama square across the road. This hotel keep old style design of 80s in the good condition with restaurant on the first floor. Room is small for us, but comfortable! Surprisingly we have only 2 breakfast for 2adults+1child, so for child need to pay extra even if he didn't eat. Food variety on breakfast is more asian style, but we are lucky to get a slice of cheese 🧀 with bread) They provide shuttle bus, which is good. What is really good to find a nice swimming pool inside after all! We enjoy our stay there.
