Location is good if you are stayin in cotai area only. one bus free shuttle to peninsular island macao. anyway its convenient.
love the room! and the staffs are also kind and friendly!
shout out to Johnny (hope i got his name right) for the nice welcome during check in.
Above normal 5 star service.
From check in to check out all staff are very friendly.
Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room)
When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast.
In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service.
Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable.
When I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time, GRO Jessica welcomed me with a big smile and assisted with luggage storage. Learning that this was the first time I visited Macau, she gave a warm introduction to the hotel, and recommendations to local attractions and food. She also coordinated with FO Castle to give me a room upgrade. I was surprised that she remembered my name and greeted me every time she saw me during my stay. Her hospitable personality is one of the reasons why I will choose to stay with Sofitel Macau again.
FO staff member Castle was also exceptionally helpful and efficient. He helped me to check in quickly and provided clear answers to my questions.
During my stay, I had a spa treatment, and dined at hotel restaurants, and the services were superb.
I would highly recommend Sofitel Macau for its excellent services, great location and room cleanliness.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Fisherman's Wharf, opposite Sands Casino, and very close to MGM, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. It features an in-house Chinese restaurant that serves great food, with a special discount for hotel guests. Our suite was very spacious; despite being a corner unit, there was a water dispenser conveniently located right outside the door. The one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom design was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. While dedicated USB charging ports were not available, there were convenient power outlets by the bedside for charging devices.
We choice to book this hotel, because its easy to access, bus stop, walking distance, safe location, with breakfast buffet, all staff are friendly, and of course the filipino staff i cant remember the name of the supervisor, but i recommend holiday inn, with my friends when visiting in macau, thank you also for my complimentary birthday cake🥰
I spent a considerable amount of time searching on Ctrip, only to find too many hotels with tiny beds, cramped rooms, and questionable hygiene. So, the Leo Family Room I eventually found was an absolute delight! The room was surprisingly spacious (a real rarity in Hong Kong and Macau), featuring two 1.5-meter wide beds. The bathroom was also excellent, with a proper wet/dry separation and both a separate shower and a bathtub. As a non-smoking family room, it was completely odor-free, which was a huge relief for someone like me with an extremely sensitive nose. Check-out was incredibly smooth; I just handed in the room card (likely because I booked online and settled the deposit during check-in).
In summary: It's clean, hygienic, spacious, quiet, and completely free of any unpleasant smells.
Right in the alley across from the hotel's main entrance, you'll find a 'cha chaan teng' (local tea restaurant). Xin Kang Kee there is a real gem, offering 'ping leung jing'—great food, good quality, and affordable prices. Wynn and Grand Emperor casinos are also just a 12-15 minute walk away.
The hotel is a swift 7-8 minute taxi ride from Hengqin Port, costing 60 MOP (I later remembered there's a direct hotel shuttle, but I'd forgotten at the time!). It's conveniently located in the same building as The Londoner. From the moment we pulled up with our luggage, the doorman was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, promptly assisting us and maintaining that exceptional level of warmth all the way through check-in. I truly felt their service was outstanding.
While the rooms might be a bit dated, they are impeccably maintained and offer fantastic value for money, especially when compared to The Londoner. The casino and an extensive shopping complex are just downstairs. It's definitely a highly recommended stay.
It was my son's 12th birthday on our check-in day, and he had flown independently from Singapore. I had informed the hotel in advance, and they thoughtfully surprised him with a cake and warm birthday wishes, which we deeply appreciated.
My only minor complaint is that the business center charges 80 MOP per hour for computer use, and the operating system was in English. Thankfully, I was still able to navigate it.
We had an amazing 4-night stay at Andaz Macau. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and professional.
On our first night, our room was quite noisy. We were too tired to call the front desk, but I recorded a few short videos of the sound. The next morning, the manager handled the issue swiftly and efficiently by arranging a room change — everything was smooth for the rest of our stay.
A special mention goes to our wonderful housekeeper, Cici. She was absolutely adorable and incredibly meticulous! My friend had left her brushes and makeup tools rather messily on the table, and when we returned, Cici had arranged every single item neatly in order. We were utterly surprised and impressed by her thoughtful attention to detail.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service and hospitality at Andaz Macau. Highly recommended!
The Junlong Hotel offers fantastic value for money. Although it's an older hotel, it's very clean, and the service is excellent. The soundproofing was particularly good, and we really appreciated them arranging adjoining rooms for us. It's also very conveniently located for public transport, including buses and the light rail. A delightful surprise was the hotel's morning dim sum – it was incredibly delicious and brought smiles to our whole family! We love Macau and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Free luggage storage was an added convenience. Overall, it was a superb experience; the hotel is well-maintained, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
This hotel was full of wonderful surprises! Its location is perfect—right in the heart of the old town—and the facilities have a lovely vintage vibe while being impeccably clean. The room was beautifully decorated and offered a stunning view of Macau through the window.
An extra treat was the in-room minibar, which was completely free, including red wine and beer! What’s more, as a hotel guest, I received a complimentary drink voucher to use at the rooftop bar.
All in all, this easily ranks among the top three best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If I ever return to Macau, I’ll definitely be booking here again!

TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team.
From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness.
We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus.
The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel
Aakanemaomao## A Must-Stay L'Occitane Themed Hotel!
I recently experienced The L'Occitane Hotel at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations!
📍**Location & Transportation**
While it's not in the city's core, getting around is a breeze. After taking a car to Grand Lisboa Palace, a 3-5 minute walk through the indoor, fully air-conditioned 'Macau Palace' walkway takes you directly to the hotel – no sun exposure at all! There's also a free shuttle bus right outside that goes straight to Wynn Palace, making exploring Cotai hassle-free.
🍳**Breakfast**
The hotel breakfast is average. I'd recommend trying the options at the nearby Grand Lisboa Palace instead:
- 'The Tea House' opens at 10 AM, serving authentic Cantonese dim sum.
- 'The Buffet' offers excellent value for money with its breakfast deals.
Inside The Macau Palace, you'll also find various noodle stalls and food stands, offering more down-to-earth local choices.
🌟**Highlights**
1️⃣ A full set of L'Occitane amenities! The shower gel and body lotion are of high quality, and you can even call the front desk for another complimentary set.
2️⃣ Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet room, perfect for a good night's sleep.
3️⃣ Don't miss these spots downstairs:
☕️Momokawa Coffee – A hidden gem for specialty coffee in Macau, perfect for a morning pick-me-up.
🍦Cotiz Double Skin Milk Ice Cream – Rich milky flavor and silky smooth texture. Highly, highly recommend!
💡**Summary**
With its convenient transportation, immersive L'Occitane experience, and great surrounding dining options, this is a unique hotel in Macau offering excellent value for money. Just remember to plan your breakfast choices in advance and make good use of the free transportation to easily explore Cotai.
GGuest UserWe recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming.
A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning!
We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals.
The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return!
Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

GGuest User✨ An Unforgettable One-Night Stay, Perfected by Shirley's Kindness! ✨
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to a truly magical start at the front desk.
From the moment I walked into the breathtaking, art-filled lobby, I knew I was somewhere special. But the true highlight of my entire trip was being greeted by Shirley at the check-in counter. 🤩 Her warm, genuine smile immediately put me at ease after my journey. Her English was flawless, and her manners were absolutely impeccable – she is the epitome of grace and professionalism! To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! 🥳🎉 This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity – you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable!
And what a suite it was! 🏰 The room was staggeringly beautiful, blending modern luxury with intricate Portuguese-inspired details. The space was massive, the bed was a cloud ☁️, and the marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub was pure bliss. 🛁 The panoramic views of Macau from the window were the cherry on top! 🌆
Beyond the incredible room, the hotel itself is a destination. The architecture is a masterpiece, like a modern European palace. I spent time just wandering the halls, admiring the stunning art installations and the majestic, crystal-domed atrium. It’s a feast for the eyes! 🎨✨
While my stay was short, I made sure to enjoy their wonderful facilities:
· The Indoor Pool: It is absolutely beautiful! 😍✨ So serene and elegant, with a classic design that makes you feel like you're swimming in a luxury spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind. 🏊♀️💫
· The Grand Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible – a global journey for the taste buds with so many fresh, high-quality options. 🍳🍣🥐
· The Spectacle: Just being in the complex felt grand and exclusive. It’s more than a hotel; it’s an entertainment and art empire.
I truly did not want to leave. From the world-class facilities to the stunning design, every detail was perfect. But it’s the people who make a place unforgettable, and Shirley’s kindness at the front desk set the tone for a perfect 5-star experience. I cannot recommend the Grand Lisboa Palace enough and I am already dreaming of my next visit! ❤️

GGuest UserMy wife and I had a very pleasant stay for the first time at Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. The housekeeping staff for my room no. 905 was excellent in their service. The receptionist Terry, door men (Charles, Edward & Kevin) were also very helpful and attentive to our enquiries and needs. We will definitely come back to stay again when we visit Macau the next time.
AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau.
Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this.
On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation.
In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
