Located right opposite One Avenue Mall (Shenzhen Festival Avenue) this hotel is super convenient for shopping, eateries and entertainment. Great place to stay as rooms are clean and spacious. Most rooms also have good views of the city. Highly recommended 👍

Room was nice and spacious. Location is at Beijing Road w lots of yummy food options, sound insulation was good enough that you wun get disturbed by road noise and it's a modern n recently refurbished hotel. Only downside is that the separated modern toilet n shower area is not enclosed - so not so convenient for friends staying in the same room or if you are sensitive to light (once your room mate turn on the toilet light it will May disturb the other party. The modern toilet is automated flushing which sounds very loud at night). But other than that, all is good! 👍🏻 You can get more free bottled water from them. And there's a free gym and laundry (6 washer n 6 dryer) on the 30th floor.

My initial room, while comfortable, had an atmosphere that wasn’t quite ideal for my needs. Upon expressing my concerns, the staff responded swiftly and professionally by arranging a new room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Is near to digital building. If you wanted to purchase phone cover, charger and other electronic gadgets, this is the right place to stay. The only down part is poor sound insulation but still able to sleep at night.

We stayed at Meyo Hotel during Christmas and this hotel has a lot of potential. Hotel is brand new, literally next to metro, surrounded by shops and eating places. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and even prepared a Christmas goodie bag. The only thing we didn’t really like was the first room given was facing the village in the back and it was rather noisy at night and the room had a weird small window placement. Unfortunately the guests next door were also noisy so we had to ask for a new room. Staff were quick to accommodate our request and assign a new room. This time our room faced the main street with big windows and nicer view. Lastly, the wifi at Meyo Hotel is probably the best we ever used in China. It was stable with speed over 200mbps and that’s rare for hotel wifi. We will definitely come back next time!

Breakfast is ok and there’s an outdoor seating area too. Only unfavourable part of our stay was the loud chattering coming from other rooms and closing of room doors at night.

I recently stayed at Pullman and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met, especially the one call Sandy :). My room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend Pullman for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with great amenities. I look forward to returning!

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

We are in group of five people with two foreigners from the UK and Thailand, it was amazing time for us to experience onsen in China, the overall atmosphere was great and fun. The area of eating and onsen is quite crowded and noisy, but this is Chinese Style. Don’t use the Japan standard here, then you will enjoy the area and chill a day. Overall the operating code is excellent.

room was quite clean! we stayed on the 4th floor and the 2nd floor. 2nd floor room was bigger! the tv had so many shows and also had AI robot speaker! breakfast was ok only… would eat around the area instead! very convenient when booking didi to travel around

St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Location is very good. But the steps infront n behind the hotel is not convenient for old folks. We are travelling with 2 old folks . The bed a bit low and the board below the mattress is a hazard at nite. Good for travellers below 60 years old. Staff are friendly. Free laundry service on the 13th floor. Like the voice controll “小君小君” service. Overall experience is great.

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

The hotel provides free airport pickup on your day of arrival and departure which makes it really convenient for you. The hotel is a less than 10-min drive from T2. The hotel is a bit old and there was a lot of hammering (?) sounds happening around 2-3AM but I wasn’t too bothered.

It's very close to the mall where we ski The room is very big and clean! The quality of the breakfast included was nice, just like the cafe level. It's easy to check in and out as well. Really worth the price, will definitely come back next time.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room. Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off. Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money. Great hotel. Big rooms and good quality for great price. However, the breakfast was terrible!!! Everything was bold and selection was not great! A big criticism of mine. Need more western options. Fantastic it was so near to the ski resort which is what we came for. Great food nearby and a great nightclub right next to the hotel.

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

Strategic location in Tianhe district a few steps from the Shipaiqiao metro station. Take exit A or B from the station. Guangdong East train station, ZhujiangNewTown(City Center, bussiness district) and the Guangdong tower just a few stops. Pleasant room, comfy beds, small extras = eg: electronic curtains, robot server bringing you food or an A/C adapter. The room had a very strong shower. You are basically surrounded by restaurants and Malls, so whatever you need it will take a few minutes. Highly recommended!

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Great hotel near the Mingzhu train station in Zhuhai. The place was clean everywhere and the room was nice and spacious as well. Checking in and out was quick with great service. There’s a back door to a convenient store and coffee shops and other restaurants. There’s not much around but it was good enough if you wanted a quick short stay.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Lastly, all staff are very polite and do not hesitate to greet guests Good Morning everyday without fail. Thank you very much and best wishes!

Excellent Time in Holiday Inn Express at Zhuhai Guangdong China. I would Recommend this hotel. We enjoyed a great weekend time here and were able to experience the beauty of nature that we get to enjoy every day. It was great to catch up and spend some quality time together.

I stated here at R Zhuhai and my family really enjoyed our experience here. Room was very clean and spacious and breakfast was very nice. Especially Jonny was so helpful from the first day. I will surely come back next time :)

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in. The room is so spacious and airy with a beautiful view outside. Inside, it’s very comfortable that you could lay back or stretch out on the sofa to watch movies. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine with liquid soap provided in the room. This place is centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are super nice. They tidy up and replenished all the necessary items everyday. The front desk gentleman is also so nice to upgraded us to a higher floor. We had an outstanding stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.
