We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, perfect for family or group. The living room was cozy with a comfortable sofa and TV, while both bedrooms offered plenty of privacy and good storage. Overall, it felt like a home away from home — quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Breakfast is great and service is excellence. Highly recommended!

Fraser Place Shenzhen consistently receives rave reviews. It offers 211 spacious apartments (starting from 48sqm), all equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. Highlights include an 18th-floor infinity pool boasting breathtaking views of the Shenzhen skyline, and a sky bar where guests can unwind while enjoying the spectacular night cityscape. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to Huaqiangbei Metro Station and surrounded by bustling shopping areas and serene parks. The service is top-notch, with warm and attentive staff.

The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary.

Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated. Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day.

Front desk service is very professional and excellent. As this is our first stay in this hotel, we also get to have free room upgrade. The room is clean and tidy. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We have order many parcels and the staff are very helpful in finding our orders and send to our room. The hotel breakfast contain different varieties and able to cater to all customers of different nationalities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to stay in it again.

Service was good. Hotel aircon not able to adjust, wifi is very poor even we used data also not able to run smoothly. I feel weird for a hotel to just offer 1 person breakfast and we paid for a double room, this made the other person not able to have a breakfast and to pay RMB80 everyday so I find is not worth it. Also such a big hotel they do not have a proper weighing scale to weigh the luggage.

Fantastic service from 梁店长& 李经理. They are very helpful and polite. Very prompt responses from the team. Chamber maids greet the guests. Breakfast served till 12noon, there's tea time & supper till 11pm. Great location, right in front of 大佛寺, with plenty of taxi at all times. Beijing walking street is just next to the hotel. This hotel is located only on the 14th floor of a shopping complex. A big departmental store from level 1 to 11 or so. Another few levels of carpark & the rest shops above the hotel. During peak hours it's a little challenging to get into the lift but as tourists we usually leave @10+am & returning @9pm. So far no issues.

With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!

Despite some previous concerns I had due to a past hotel incident, after careful consideration, I still chose the Renaissance, and it turned out to be the right decision! I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied!
