A great choice for an overnight stay in Zurich! Just one tram stop from Zurich main station. The hotel offers complimentary still or sparkling water in the lobby, and a kettle is available for hot water. The room design is quite creative, with a curtain separating the bathroom and sleeping area. As is common with many European hotels, there was no air conditioning during our stay

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Zürich. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. The bed was especially cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Initially, the pillow wasn’t quite to my liking, but after requesting a change, the new one was excellent and made all the difference. One highlight was the bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise and great for unwinding after a long day. The location is convenient — just a 15-minute tram ride to Zurich city centre, with the tram station only 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and service smooth and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great value for comfort, location, and service. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

The staff (night shift) nor really helpful to show us our room. Our room is in another building ( cross the indoor bridge) snd that's not expected. no air-conditioning until inside the room. Room size and temperature are good. Comfortable bed. No shower door but ok with the curtain. Might need more towels incase the water on the floor.

The good: (1) Price is decent, located 1 stop away from Zurich HB. Also has Coop and Migros nearby. Some restaurants around the train station but not many choices. (2) Bed and pillows are very comfortable The not so great: (1) No kettle provided, so don’t expect any free coffee / tea in the room, which you will normally expect. You need to get down to the lobby to get hot water which is super inconvenient (2) No fridge in the room, so expect to consume all cold drinks etc unless you want lukewarm drinks (3) No safe in the room Technically, expect a super basic room with just bed, tv and toilet. Not something I expect from a Mercure brand.

I have to say this is the hotel with best hotel service staff I have met in Europe. The staff on night shift on a Sunday 30th March is very good. From checking in experience, to guiding us how to go to train station and take trains to recommending where to eat (we ate in the hotel in the end though). Good location, about 8 mins walk to the Zürich hb, Starbucks , Mcd , burger king and several restaurant are close by. I like my room 220 & 221 because there are additional door to be secure our privacy , so both rooms can be connected like connecting room, convenient for families.

Hotel is good, convenient to access by Tram, One disappointment was the cleaning lady opened the door even though we are inside the room resting. I don’t know how they can do it. Even the door was locked. On the second stay i got another room where door lock was not functioning, so check for door safety

It is 5 minutes away from the airport. It has all the splendor that a Hyatt should have. The rooms are large and the facilities are very new. There is no disposable toothpaste or toothbrush. There is also a mouthwash cup and lip marks from the previous guest that have not been cleaned. There is also a toilet door. There are little stains that have not been wiped clean. The front desk staff is kind and friendly, and the processing speed is fast. The lobby is huge!

12 mins walk from Zurich main station, luckily all flat ground thus easy walk with luggage. No in-room slippers provided despite concrete floor. No housekeeping unless requested. Overall convenient location with friendly helpful staff. Sauna and free minibar good bonus.

Excellent service and attention, I had a countertime to reach the time agreed at the check-in and they were very friendly, spectacular breakfast and comfortable room, recommending widely.
