Great location close to the Canela stone Cathedral, but on a street with little traffic. Reception works hard to provide the best stay for guests, especially during check-in/out. Restaurant serves very good quality breakfast. At other times there are varied options on the menu for snack, lunch or dinner. Accommodations cleaned/sanitized with care. Garage with valet if necessary.

Great service and a nice hotel. Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area. The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre

If there is a perfect hotel, this is! The hotel is a luxury from the entrance, vc feels in a palace! The furniture are luxurious, the very hearty service, the very good academy, wonderful facilities, and the room? Our amazing! The warmers are all right, and I haven't had a very pleasant sleep night. Another thankful surprise is breakfast! The most wonderful grass! It has a single table of sweets, one for cold, another for country...It's all a luxury, and I'm not exaggerating! Free parking, and at check out they still give a beautiful trip kit with water and cakes. Congratulations to the staff who are very educated, I have just worried!

The hotel is very close to the airport, can't get a taxi, can wait for the shuttle. English is not very good communication, no one answers the hotel phone, but fortunately, I finally went to the shuttle smoothly compared with the airport staff. Novotel is a large hotel chain, but it is the worst sanitation I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is not very clean and the toilet is dirty. Not too clean and clean is only limited to changing towels to make the bed, and Lin bath towels have not been cleaned for a few days. The only comfort is that the breakfast is delicious, the choice is many, the cheese ball is delicious.

This place is very close to Caxias Airport. The taxi is 36 Brazilian reals. The facilities are a bit old, but the service staff are very enthusiastic and can communicate in English without limit. I will choose to stay here next time

There are still no sockets in the rooms, the pool is not heated as before. At check-in they need to provide all the activities that the hotel offers. Other than that, it's still great!

The hotel is just wonderful. It has a hot pool, coffee is too good, very varied, breads of various kinds, fruit, cold, cake, coffee, juices, milk, cereals, honeybean, frite, a variety of salts. The decoration is a love. The staff are very loved. Clean environment. We use water, they leave spum salts available for use. Third time we go to the hotel and it's too good. Bikes available for use.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in my life, I have no words to say how beautiful warmly comfortable, and the main “best grass breakfast”
