We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Business Park during our short transit through Abu Dhabi. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers, especially for those arriving from Dubai and catching an early morning flight. The service throughout our stay was impressive. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of dining at the in-house Nuevo Restaurant, where both the food and the service exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Ronnie, who was exceptionally hospitable and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling via Abu Dhabi Airport. Arriving early and staying here the night before a morning flight is far more convenient and stress-free than rushing from Dubai. For improvement, I would suggest better organization of the airport shuttle service to ensure all guests are accommodated. Alternatively, providing clearer guidance or assistance with taxi arrangements would make the airport transfer smoother for everyone. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

average good It's NOT 5 stars hotel it needs allot attention regarding cleaning some clear spots on carpet and sofa plus hair on washroom & floor noticed the basket was without cover besides the check-in Mr A.. was tricky my room on sea view already paid automatically put me on city view was done without apology however the lobby stuff amazing and in check out was cool attitude regarding giving extra time.

I like this facility, they have good and comfy bed, quite and very quick to check inn.the reception staff they are warm welcoming all the guest as I noticed SP mentioned to Miss Hazel/and Miss Teddy and there's is gentleman also I forget there names.keep up the good work to guys.money Wise very excellent .this facility is highly recommend to all travelers and friends .

The hotel's location was great.  There are multiples restaurants in front of the hotel. The restaurants price are reasonable and the food has good quality.  The staffs were helpful and the room was exactly like how it looked on the website. The room was quite large. The soundproof was not very good, but we were really tired after the day of experience so we didn't have any problem on sleeping.

All the staff are very accommodating and friendly always smiling. Just the smell of the hallway and room little smell’s like someone just clean and vacuumed. Ill brought my nephew for a moment and they are assisting me while carrying him

The hotel is quite old, and some of its facilities are definitely showing their age. The windows are sealed. Service was acceptable. There was an unpleasant, peculiar smell in the corridors, which locals might be used to. However, parking was convenient and breakfast was good.

I love this hotel it's the second time I've stayed here and it's the bargain of the century. Breakfast simply in a word is fantastic. Views stunning staff flawless. I am the fussiest person on earth and I love this hotel. I think we paid $126 a night after taxes with two breakfasts. Breakfast was worth $50 a person. Don't expect any pork products but other than that this place is flawless. Pool is stunning and heated in the winter. Room is huge. Bathrooms I could live without someone else watching me shower because there is a piece of glass in front for a door that is see-through. I guess if you're with your mate and not your friend it's exciting to watch somebody take a bath or shower. The toilet is separate luckily so nobody has to watch you do that. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is very helpful and every person that works at the front desk is like a personal concierge. I booked this place for $99 half board in the summer but it's frightfully hot I couldn't leave I stayed an extra 4 days I stayed at this hotel for 8 days about a year and a half ago as well. This hotel is absolutely perfect!

1. The bathtub drainage is very slow 2. Shower water pressure is also low 3. The shower curtains are very smelly. 4. Generally places such as the walkway are also very smelly. The smell / stench is similar to those carpet that are not washed for many many years 5. Looks nice on picture because of the lighting in the room. But there are no master switch on both side of the bed. So have to off it on 1 side only

It is very convenient to go to the three major theme parks. Because I don't understand the shuttle bus, I take a taxi. The distance is estimated to be within 10 minutes, and they will help call a taxi. The room type does not look as good as the booking picture, but it is acceptable. The breakfast is also good. Check-in is very smooth, and there is no requirement to pay a deposit or tourist tax.
