Location is good near Maya Shopping Center also the hotel is clean and new but the breakfast is not good enough for the price of this hotel overall I would like to give 7 out of 10
Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB.
Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water.
Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in Oldtown Chiangmai. Its very recommended since its our first time of visiting Chiang mai. The location is strategic. Near to night market and easy to move around via songthaew. Very clean room. I love the hotel vibe.
Staying in Old Town is like the introductioction to Chiang mai.
All the staffs are very friendly and accomodating to our request. They even allowed us to check in 2 hours early since we are very tired from our night ride bus.
Overall we had nice experienced staying at the hotel and definitely will be back to explore Chiangmai in the future!

The hotel is located inside the air force base next to the airport. It is a restricted area and can only be entered by car or motorcycle, not on foot. As it is so new, most drivers do not know how to enter the hotel. The front desk service is very good and will help you and the driver to explain the hotel location. If you call a taxi back to your hotel, you will probably need to tell the driver where your hotel is (you can drive to the control point and then give directions)
The hotel room is new and clean, with plenty of air conditioning. The room is very large and you can see the golf course outside the window. The toothbrush is very soft, but the furry slippers are really not suitable for me as a germaphobe.
Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its stunning modern architecture and state-of-the-art appliances that perfectly blend luxury with comfort.
David and his mother, the attentive hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. Their warm hospitality and wealth of knowledge about the local attractions made our trip truly unforgettable. They were always ready to advise us on the best places to visit, dine, and explore, enhancing our Chiang Mai adventure significantly.
The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors.
As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it.
One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. Thank you, David and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable and leaving us with an indelible impression of exceptional hospitality and beauty in Chiang Mai.

Really like this hotel
1: The environment is very good and the traffic is very convenient. It is a long walk from Tha Pae Gate.
2: The room is large and the decoration style is also my favorite simple style. There is a big bathtub, but unfortunately I don't have the habit of taking a bath.
3: The boss is very nice. We went to Chiang Mai for the first time. We were not familiar with the surrounding area. The boss was very enthusiastic to help us recommend where to eat deliciously. Every time we recommended it, it was very appetizing to our appetite.
4: Don't worry about communication problems, because the boss is our communication problem in China
5: Because it was during the epidemic, domestic masks were not easy to buy, so I asked the boss to buy us a little mask, the price is very reasonable,
6: Say so much good, also say bad, the only thing is that the hotel may be a bit noisy in Malay, but you don't worry, the boss is equipped with earplugs, shut the glass before bed, it is no problem, the glass has sound insulation effect, so don't worry
Forgot to take a photo of the room.
The staff is fluent in English and friendly, and can help arrange car rental, one-day tour and other trips. There are few kinds of breakfast, but the taste is excellent.

The hotel location is good , walking distance to 7-11, MCD, Starbucks, and nice food court ~
The hotel's front desk staff (Kreen)is very friendly, the service is good and polite~
We chose this hotel and it was very good decision.
The hotel is located in the side,
not in the old town or riverside and not in the center of Nimman. But the room and the staff of the hotel the breakfast and all the services were excellent
we got a very nice room in the fourth floor very spacious big comfortable bad and the stuff helped us with everything that we need .
the breakfast was excellent
And for everywhere that we needed to go we ordered bolt and it was cheap and quick,
At night you can walk by foot from the hotel to nimman center where is a lot of restaurants and night action
I really recommend this hotel. I have been in a lot of hotels ,this hotel worth the money that you pay for it

ממרינה קורלנדThe hotel room is stunning, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful rooms in Chiang Mai. A very pampering bath. Everything is perfectly designed. The reception staff is very kind and generous. Speak excellent English with lots of patience. But now let's start with the mourning. The cleaning is just terrible. I had ants in the shower in the towels. And in bed too. The cleaner only picked up one towel and didn't even change the sheets until I came back from the pool and alerted her. When I told them about the ants they wouldn't even bother to clean the room until 3 in the afternoon. In the end they changed my room and everything was fine. But in general cleanliness at a very, very low level. The worst breakfast I have ever seen. Even the buffet does not happen to eat. The cows don't dream at all. I personally ate only muesli. But in the end I just put granola and yogurt because everything else was inedible. There is no selection. It's not breakfast to that level at all. The location, I personally managed. But keep in mind that you have nothing around. There are no normal restaurants. Only local food which I personally like but you should know that there is nothing around. do not understand English at all. So the choice is yours. I think I have explained everything that is needed
--FaisalMy stay at C You Home @ CNX was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The property exudes a warm, modern charm with thoughtful touches that truly elevate the experience.
The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable – the kind of space that makes you feel instantly at home. I especially loved the cozy lighting, soft linens, and the attention to detail in every corner. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of love into creating a serene and stylish environment.
Location-wise, it’s ideal – tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet still close to Chiang Mai’s vibrant cafes, markets, and temples. Getting around was a breeze, whether walking, biking, or grabbing a quick ride.
What truly sets C You Home @ CNX apart is the hospitality. The staff and hosts were genuinely friendly, responsive, and eager to make sure everything was perfect. Their local recommendations added so much to my trip – from hidden food spots to cultural gems.
If you’re looking for a boutique stay in Chiang Mai that balances relaxation, design, and a personal touch, C You Home @ CNX is it. I’ll absolutely be back, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
เเที่ยวให้สนุกครับThe room is quiet and comfortable, very convenient to enter and exit, close to Central, just step out and you'll find it, Nearby, there are shops to chill out, there are restaurants nearby, suitable for those who don't like to walk far from the accommodation, close to the airport. What I like the most is that the bedroom, bathroom and living room are clearly separated.
AAnastasiaSHThis was the most affordable place we stayed at during our visit to Doi Inthanon National Park, but it was just as good as the others—everything was great here. They even left us some delicious snacks and bananas!
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of furniture, which I really appreciated—a large wardrobe, a good-sized fridge, and a table that was perfect for two people to eat at.
We booked a room with a mountain view, and the view was truly beautiful.
There’s also a rooftop observation deck on the fourth floor, where we went early in the morning to watch the sunrise.
Plus, there’s a cozy café with food and drinks.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to drive through some narrow local roads to get there, but it’s not a problem. There’s parking available
GGuest UserI stayed here in 2019 multiple times and the facilities were very new. The facilities, furniture, etc. have not been maintained. I checked in again for a four night stay in 2024. I left after about 15 minutes in the room and booked somewhere else. It felt like someone had cleaned it, but overall just gross. Also, this location is listed as having soundproofing on multiple sites. Yet the poolview room was very noisy with traffic if you are sensitive to noise. Maybe it's up to your standards, just not mine. I didn't hassle for my money back, but would not recommend.
FForssThe residence was amazing! Room and all infrastructure are much better as at the pictures. Very beautiful pool, garden. I had a problem with washing machine and stuff solved it very fast. They were always in touch! Location is great, next to big market with very good street food. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Ttraveller69Ombra Small House in Chiang Mai is a hidden gem! The cozy, well-designed rooms offer a perfect blend of comfort and style. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. The hosts are warm, friendly, and always willing to provide helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal—quiet yet close enough to the city's attractions. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a relaxing and charming place to stay in Chiang Mai!
Bbarefoot_bohemian_The service is very good, everyone is very polite and the room is cleaned daily, bottled drinking water is supplied. The room is big, has a smart T.V. and is suitable for a small family. There is a separate dining area with kitchenette and a decent sized balcony that over looks a busy road. The bathroom is clean. There is an area to work downstairs and a piano. The only drawback is the road is very busy and noisy throughout the day and night.
