Apartments in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand

It's kind of like an Airbnb room that there was no one to check you in and you had to check in by yourself. And if you didn't have a Thai phone card like me, you felt helpless when you need to contact the hotel because they only offered Thai contact numbers but no on-line contact like whatsapp or whatsoever. There were ants, moth in the room and a bug on the bed. The wifi was really weak. I could not detect any wifi inside the room. In order to get connected, I needed to open my room door and stood there. Or else I got out of the room and stayed in the corrido. Fair to say, the room was decently decorated and provided everything you needed in a house. There was a sink and basic utensils. The best thing of this condo was that it is next to the Central Airport Plaza. The shopping mall even provides free Airport shuttle. However it may be difficult to find the exit to get on the shuttle bus. The condo is only 9 minutes car ride or 20 minutes walk from the Airport. Since I could not find the place to get on the free shuttle provided by the mall, I eventually walked to the airport. Mid-way to the airport a friendly Thai driver even offered me a lift to the airport. Thanks to friendly Thai people.

I stayed here in 2019 multiple times and the facilities were very new. The facilities, furniture, etc. have not been maintained. I checked in again for a four night stay in 2024. I left after about 15 minutes in the room and booked somewhere else. It felt like someone had cleaned it, but overall just gross. Also, this location is listed as having soundproofing on multiple sites. Yet the poolview room was very noisy with traffic if you are sensitive to noise. Maybe it's up to your standards, just not mine. I didn't hassle for my money back, but would not recommend.

The service is very good, everyone is very polite and the room is cleaned daily, bottled drinking water is supplied. The room is big, has a smart T.V. and is suitable for a small family. There is a separate dining area with kitchenette and a decent sized balcony that over looks a busy road. The bathroom is clean. There is an area to work downstairs and a piano. The only drawback is the road is very busy and noisy throughout the day and night.

Check-in is 250 RMB in the off-season. The location is not in the ancient city, suitable for renting a motorcycle by yourself. There is free parking and the security guards are very nice. The environment is very good, and no one checks in directly. There is an infinity pool on the 17th floor of the rooftop, where you can watch the sunset while soaking in the evening. There is a gym on the 17th floor, a public meeting room, and a sauna in the locker room. It is an apartment-style, private rental, not a hotel. There is no luggage storage.

Spacious room, location behind Chiang Mai University, convenient travel, lots of food.

The room is especially suitable for those who snore at home, because the 2-bedroom apartment has a small single room for cooking and washing clothes. There is a large supermarket a few hundred meters to the right. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop (take the last elevator in the building), a gym, a roof garden, and you can pick up takeout at the door. Location 5 stars plus, book a family room, get a normal room. This room is spacious. But a lot of knots as shown in the picture Come out from the tile floor, cool air, strong water, good facilities. Everything is fine Except for getting a wrong room with a lot of ants, a big ant with wings 🐜
