For a hotel like Four Seasons, guests' expectations and requirements are naturally higher. After checking out, I received a questionnaire from the hotel. One of the questions asked whether I felt personally recognized during my stay. My answer was definitely no. Not to mention that different staff members at the front desk had to explain the same thing repeatedly, let alone expect them to remember your name and room. They couldn't even smile at guests. If you don't smile at them first, they will be cold and unapproachable. Sometimes they won't smile even if you smile at them. It's amazing! Moroccans on the street are not like this. They are all very enthusiastic. Why are you people working at Four Seasons superior? Going to the front desk to ask a question is like owing them a lot of money. They look like ”don't bother me”. It's really annoying! But the waiters in the lobby restaurant are very good. I am most satisfied with the restaurant after staying here. If you go to Casa, it is recommended to stay in the city center for a few days to visit the attractions, and then come to this hotel to rest and enjoy the sunshine and beach.

The location is very good. There are two Chinese restaurants downstairs. The seafood market and the old market can be reached in three to five minutes on foot! Marriott service is as good as always, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Jinhua's braised pork rice is first-class Xinlongmen is the first-class seafood processing

The room is small enough to be amazing! But things are delicious.

I visited again, but the counter staff remembered me and gave me wonderful service. The night view is so beautiful, it is a very recommended accommodation because it is close to the station and close to the tourist attraction.

I really enjoyed the indoor pool/jacuzzi it was really relaxing not really for swimming but there’s a big water pump that will give you a good and hard massage

This is Radisson, and that says it all. After traveling around Morocco and staying in local hotels, Radisson seems like a different world. Breakfast does not have the usual variety, but it is quite decent and most importantly delicious. The staff is very helpful and smiling, but very forgetful. We asked for slippers, they said - we will bring them now ... they did not bring them, we ordered coffee at breakfast - we waited and waited ... we had to order again, in the end they brought it twice. We attributed these little things to local specifics. The wire from the hair dryer in the room is attached to the wall so that when you dry your hair, you can not look in the mirror, it does not reach. This was the strangest decision in the arrangement of the room. Personally, it did not upset me, but women will be unhappy. Maybe in other rooms the wire is longer? .. In general, the hotel is very good, especially against the background of local hotels. 5 out of 5.

The location is great. No noise coming from other rooms. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Hotel had great places to relax and an excellent outside terrace restaurant. The occupancy rate was high. Would recommend this hotel others.
