This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day .

This hotel doesn't look like a 5 star hotel, there are dirty stains on the sheets and pillows, but overall the service is good, the staff is friendly, clean and comfortable

We had a great stay of four days at this wonderful heritage hotel that has been maintained and preserved in an excellent way. Our rooms balcony lookout wasn’t great and we were moved by kind staff who responded quickly to our concerns. We had a lovely room with beautiful local decorations. The pool and the gym were maintained very well and had modern equipment. There were lovely service areas for the bar and restaurant that kept to the heritage traditions, as well as a local room that was restored with historic arts and furniture. All in all a great stay - it was quiet although on a major road and close to tourist sights and shops and restaurants. Very good value as such a hotel in other cities around the world would be many more time as expensive.

The hotel is quite worn out even though they have made some renovations.. The Mattress is way uncomfortable (very old and needs to be replaced) The towels looks very old and grey... The toilet.. especially the SHOWER HEAD, definitely is old and needs to be changed... The carpet outside the corrdor.. old and dirty. Eventhough they did some renovations, but only minor changes and cannot cover the old part. Please do more upgrades.

This is my second stay here. Really enjoy my short stay in this hotel. The staffs are very helpfull, comfortable room, great breakfast and the location is very startegic. All you need is here!

super enjoy staying here, the environment is quite calm. You can get a view of the lake/river with lots of fish, there are satay and meatballs around in the afternoon so you don't have to worry about looking for food, the environment is also quite beautiful, and breakfast is quite varied and delicious

Hotel was clean. Minibar was free, hotel location close to shop and tugu Yogyakarta station. Also when departure to airport train from tuğu Yogyakarta station.

It's an upscale hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nice of them to upgrade us to Deluxe Premiere Double room. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is good (esp. for the hot weather). Cleanliness can be improved (eg toilet). Our room is right in front of the lift but we were not being disturbed by noises. Breakfast spread is good! Quite a few eateries around the hotel. Otherwise, taking Grab taxi to places is convenient and reasonable fares.

During my stay, the lounge was not open, which was a bit disappointing as it limited some of the expected conveniences. The available amenities were functional but felt basic, catering to travelers with minimal needs. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. It serves as a functional stopover for travelers who value being near the airport and are okay with fewer amenities. While there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities and accessibility to the city, it’s a suitable option for a short and quiet stay. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but primarily for the convenience of its location near the airport.

The breakfast variation are many to choose from! You may try the herbal tea for breakfast! The location maybe not in the middle of Jogja but you still can access by grab with 10 minutes drive.
