Beachwalk Residence

Kuta
Residence location is connected to beachwalk mall so it is easy access to food and shopping. Beach is just right across the road as well, kids had fun with the sun, sand and sea. On lvl3 of the mall you can soak in the scenic evening view of the Kuta skyline while enjoying the breeze. In room water hot water dispenser also came in handy for the kids. Had a movie night at the living room area that came with a big projector screen. 10/10 would stay again.

Canggu
We stayed 7 days in this place hoping for a more spacious room. It’s located very close to the beach & restaurants that are walkable to. There’s a nice Italian restaurant down the street and M mart nearby. The staff at the restaurant was helpful, kind and acknowledgeable and they had a good time with the hotel customers on New Year’s Eve. The lobby reception staff, not so much. We had incident of ants near around pillow area and told the receptionist. Her response was that they sent the housekeeping staff to clean up deeply. However, the situation wasn’t resolved and it didn’t seem like anyone tried their best with it either. That was extremely uncomfortable. The balcony doors shake when it rains heavily. The cleaning was average. Compared to Marriott, where we already spent a week, the staff wasn’t as attentive to any issues & seemed like they had no solutions. Restaurant food was okay , though gets boring eating from the same menu after a while. The breakfast was very average, for a 4 star hotel. As mentioned by other reviewers, there’s loud music coming from the beach clubs nearby. Overall, average stay, nothing too special, they need to work on the cleanliness . The rooms can feel very far away , depending where they put you. The laundry room was an advantage, however kept having issues , so in the end we didn’t up using it anymore .
Novotel Bali Nusa Dua

Novotel is Novotel even in Africa! The signature style and comfort inherent in the hotels of this chain allows you to get excellent service in any country. We have stayed at this hotel many times. Always a win-win option in terms of price-quality ratio. There is a transfer to the beach, to Bali Collection too. There are a lot of different bars, cafes, mini-marts, laundries near the hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel are very varied and are held in a picturesque restaurant. The hotel spa is not bad at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything in the rooms is as stated. I recommend it.

We are very pleased to be in this place. very cozy small courtyard with a swimming pool, lots of plants. the staff was super friendly and helped in any questions. We had a deluxe room - a kitchen-living room and a separate closed bedroom with air conditioner. Please note that the kitchen-living room has open areas and you are always in the fresh air and you have your own mini-garden with stones and plants right in the kitchen)) it was a wonderful experience. Of course, sometimes spiders and ants came to us, but you are in Bali and this is ok🤣 There were always clean towels and linen, the cleaning was excellent. The kitchen was clean, basic utensils were provided. For management: it is good to put some more stones in the backyard (behind sofa)and paint the wall there. Thank you. Hope we will come back again next year
Pandawa All Suite Hotel

We are quite happy staying here. With the comfort of rooms like apartments. No confusion about sitting down, where to eat, charging plugs are everywhere. Unique building, there are 2 floors. Lower floor: living room, refrigerator, balcony, bathroom, kitchen bar. Top floor: twin beds, sofa, TV, toilet. Only when I entered the room, the lights were dim. Then asked for a replacement and the officer was ready to help. Location: Seminyak...to go to the cafe/beach you have to take a motorbike/car. The service of all the officers is good 👍 Continue to improve, adding family event facilities such as cooking classes / games to make your stay more comfortable at the Pandawa All Suite.

The location is perfect, the staff is very attentive, we needed a fan and they brought it to us right away, we needed a few more kitchen utensils and more plugs, the sheets and towels are changed every two days, but in general I would stay here again if I go to Canggu!

Just above the Elf Cliff, the fried noodles are delicious. The ultraviolet rays are very strong, so pay attention to sun protection. You can get up early in the morning when there are no dark clouds to take pictures. The purple sunrise and sunset are also very good.
Kaen Apartments

Overall, the apartment met my expectations. However, there were a few notable points: Bathroom Accessibility: The bathroom/washroom might be challenging for shorter individuals due to its design. AC Issues: The air conditioning unit experienced some leakage. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen features a 2-burner gas stove and a medium-sized refrigerator. Lizard Concerns: Lizards can easily access the apartment, which may be a concern for those who are afraid of them. Maintenance Needs: The apartment requires some minor repairs and upgrades. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience at Kaen Apartment was acceptable.

Jimbaran
To be honest, we were a bit surprised that this hotel had all five star ratings (even though there were only two at the time of the booking). The room was not very clean, the bathroom was especially bad. The door from the bathroom was rotten and peeling off in big pieces. The walls looked like they had mold on them some places, and the bedsheets had stains. But all in all it was not bad, but definitely not worth five stars. The staff was nice. In the afternoon/evening there were people talking were loudly in front of the rooms, which was were disturbing. It started at 17.00 and kept going until 01.00.

We booked this villa quite last minute after struggling to find something suitable and it completely exceeded our expectations. Split between 5 of us, it worked out as fairly budget friendly, especially considering we had a whole apartment and private pool. The aircon in one of our bedrooms unfortunately didn’t work but the staff kindly helped us relocate to another villa. The location is slightly out of the way but easily accessible with your own bike/using taxi services, and adds to the peaceful setting. Highly recommend this villa!
