We spent a relaxing day and a very good night. The equipment was complete and very satisfactory: painting, shoes, towel. Breakfast was of good quality.

The hospitality at Mona hotel is the best we have experienced throughout our trip in Europe, the room has great view and clean. The free mini bar and breakfast was great! We had so much fun with the bike rental hotel provides. The only downside may be the design of the toilet shower is not quite user friendly and they could add more lights in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The hotel under Rolleischaudeau has good hygiene and service. All the toiletries are Guerlain. A regular room and a suite have been set. The supplies are slightly different. The suite room size is good, the lake view is average, not the lake view. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again. Among the hotels I have stayed in Switzerland so far, this hotel is considered good. Later, we went to Grindelwald and stayed there. It was simply amazing. I miss Lausanne!

As good as ever, definitely the number one hotel in Lausanne. It has no shortcomings except that it is expensive. Although the hotel is old, it is very well maintained and every detail is in place.

It was good experience in this hotel. Location is convenient to reach famous spots. It is near the Statue of Freddie Mercury. I stayed on the 3rd floor, but trees hide some views of lake. But it was good experience and nice memory. I recommend this hotel. Food is good and service is good.

Very grand and nice hotel. My most expensive hotel stay in Switzerland but I don’t think I received the service I feel this hotel should provide. Room is clean and tidy

The hotel has a strategic location, right next to the subway station and the train station. Although it has to go up a steep road, the location is really excellent. It is really impeccable for travelers who often take trains from Lausanne to visit different towns. The hotel facilities are relatively new, with a simple design and a relatively large space. There are many places to hang clothes, which is more convenient for travelers who need to do laundry during a long journey. There is also a daily cleaning service for the rooms.

This time I stayed here in the apartment. There is a small kitchen and three bedrooms. There is also a necessary heating stove in winter. You can play snow by opening the balcony door. Very good

Very nice, good location, right in the heart of the city, big rooms and full facilities. Most importantly, there are slippers, there are slippers, there are slippers! !! Throughout the trip, there were 11 hotels in the three countries, and they had slippers lol, which is very important. It's close to the train station. We left the train 10 minutes before leaving. We went out, checked out, dragged our luggage to the platform, and waited 5 minutes for the train to arrive. Anyway, highly recommended
