Housekeeping didn’t wash out cups. Hotel is nice to help in receiving our parcels before our arrival. Room was clean and modern looking.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

I went on a business trip before the New Year and chose the Wyndham Hotel in Haidian Island. The experience was quite pleasant. The hotel's layout already had the flavor of the New Year, which made people feel a little warm and homesick. The room was spacious and comfortable, the floor-to-ceiling windows had a good view and lighting, and the bathroom shower room was separated into wet and dry areas, which was very useful. I had a cup of coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby, basked in the warm sun, and felt relaxed while doing some work~

Located in the center of Qilou Old Street, it is very close to the bell tower and the bus station. There is a lobby on the first floor where you can order coffee and milk tea. There is also an antique piano that you can play if you know how to play it, so it is called a music homestay, with a literary style. There are more than 20 rooms on 4 floors, and a large rooftop platform where you can take pictures of the entire Qilou. The room is quite large and the decoration is also very new. It's an old-fashioned hotel, but the transportation is very convenient, right next to Longhu Commercial. I came here originally to swim, but it was too cold in winter, so I didn't go in the water. The customer service was very good. I forgot my down jacket, and they helped me pack it and I took it when I went back. It was still a very good stay experience

I like a hotel very much, I think it is the best price-performance ratio in Haikou. The scenery inside and outside is very good. There is a bustling city atmosphere, and there is also a deep tranquility in the courtyard. It is really a good place to enjoy a solitary space. Very quiet, very comfortable, hair dryer, a few selfies, really a must. I really want to recommend it.
