The room is quite clean although the bathroom has cracked parts in the sink and bathtub. Aircond is cold, hot water is very ok. The disadvantage on the tv channel is that it is very difficult to connect the internet to be able to watch. Breakfast is all choices from bread to rice, but the amount is not much. I am staying in this hotel Feb 8th 2024 room 514. Very bad quality mattress. Sleep above metal spring feel my back bone stressed. Average breakfast taste and lack of variant menu. Santika and Triple Tree much better or staying option in Bukittingggi. Expensive hotel with horrible mattress quality.
