Booked this hotel for one night. Checked in- no problem. Staffs were nice. Got in the room tried to connect to wifi with password on the table but unsuccessful. Unable to call as the phone line disconnected. No other choice than to see the receptionist in person and investigate about the wifi login. Apparently Password listed in the room was not updated. To get wifi u have to sit outside in the balcony with mosquitos. No chance to get wifi at all inside the room. The room was spacious but old and dirty. So many maintenance need to be done. Loose tap in the toilet, leaking shower hose and no pressure, dirty mirror in the toilet, shampoo was not provided, the curtain was broken.. on top of it, the price of the hotel doesnt reflect the service being offered. Avoid it if you can.

TV in the kmr all the broadcasts are covered with SDH and lporkn k fo but GK at FU is exhausted. When going to the pool TDK officers are stmby. The breakfast is normal. GK is the same time as Novotel

When were there, it was almost empty and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was limited to small choice. Twin room was quite spacious. It was pretty clean and well maintained. For a 3-star, they supplied with soap, shampoo and even dental brush kit. The staff was helpful to lend us a mobile charger adapter. Location is close to main amenities in the city.

Dari luar, nampak hotel mcm ok. Tp, Bau kulat/mold Di toilet, sinki bocor bilik 801, bilik lampu dh rosak jadi malap/ gelap. Alas kaki/rug sangat teruk dah koyak2, swimming pool kotor, buka tingkap pemandangan dinding bangunan sebelah. Sarapan dihantar ke bilik, tiada pilihan. Lokasi menarik - dekat dengan jam gadang & tunnel japang. Not recommended

Great location & friendly staff. A waking distance to Jam Gadang & shopping area. We love the beautiful sunrise from our room. We booked 4 rooms but 1 of the rooms was smelly perhaps due to poor drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast selections are great with menu changed everyday. We enjoyed the authentic Bukittinggi ‘kolak pisang’ and ‘katupek pakis’ a lot.

SSeptoP3We're a resident of Jakarta University resident traveling to Minang land and one of our destinations is the Top Hill. The Peak, is a beautiful and nice city for a circular tour, unfortunately the Hilltop city with its Ladies' Watch top markotop is not covered with the hospitality of the hotel staff and the quality of the Bunda Hotel food. Bunda Hotel where we stayed in is a pretty good hotel, but the receptionist does not serve in answering our questions as a guest. Oh yes, the staff in the dining room can also say no helping guests. I suggest that Bunda Hotel should probably have a ”service excellent” training for employees from the security line to the manager. Thank you.

Exceptionally clean, cheap, good WiFi connection, stylish ambience as u can see how nicely meticulous it is decorated by the owner Ling, who is very approachable, whom you can have a good chat with as a friend. I stayed in the capsule dorm and it is comfortable with good quality facilities, every guest should experience it, very reasonable price 130000 rupiah per night with really sumptuous breakfast.

JJulainaThe location is opposite the clock. Shopping is very easy. Just walk. Aircond in room 207 is cool but noisy. The blanket has some dirty marks like it was not changed after use. Thin pillows are less comfortable. The light in the bathroom is dim. Cleanliness is lacking, there are stains on the bathroom curtain. Small room. For praying by the bed and in front of the TV.

AAudy PVisited this Hotel 20 years ago (not in 2022), so I don't think my Review would be much relevant to this day but I can ensure you that Pusako Hotel was one of the most decent hotel in Bukittinggi, it might look old fashioned but it is close to tourist area in the city, so you are certainly will get the best deal in Pusako
