They quickly inserted the SIM card and set up the phone at the airport. I plugged it into the modem and it worked perfectly. I topped up my account by simply scanning the QR code in the Rosselkhozbank app with my Union Pay card. The first time, out of ignorance, I topped up at a Tops store, but you can also go to 7/11. After topping up, the extension is automatic, and you choose which internet package to activate. AIS has the best connection quality, even though it's the most expensive carrier in Thailand. Tripcom offers low prices and convenient receipt and renewal. After topping up, you can make and receive calls. I also bought an E-SIM, but I couldn't activate it myself (it shows network coverage, but there's no internet). After registering with my passport (when I received a regular SIM card), the internet was activated, but you can't renew it like a physical SIM card, and I couldn't activate the one I bought again myself.

It works perfectly and is relatively easy to install. I had some issues with the phone company's identification system; it didn't work until I arrived in Thailand. Otherwise, everything was perfect and very convenient.

It installs automatically with one click, at least on the iPhone 17. There's no need to scan a QR code or anything. Then, simply go to Settings, enable Data Roaming, and change the eSIM name if desired.

I previously purchased an eSIM for 30 days. After my plan expired, I took out an additional 30 days. Everything was quick, I connected right away, and the connection is excellent! I highly recommend it!
