I recently returned from a trip and can't help but share my impressions of the eSIM—the easiest and most cost-effective solution for internet access abroad. The biggest advantage is its simplicity. Immediately after purchasing it, I received a QR code in the Trip.com app. At the airport, while waiting for my luggage, I simply opened my phone's settings, scanned the code, and the eSIM loaded in a couple of minutes. It was a lifesaver after a long flight—no need to look for a kiosk or exchange physical cards. The biggest pleasant surprise was the price. I compared options with other providers (Airalo, Holafly, Ubigi), and Trip.com turned out to be the most affordable. For example, for Thailand and throughout Asia, I could find a plan with 1 GB per day for a week for a price three times lower than some other popular services.
