Booking went smoothly, and we received a QR code via email. On the appointed day, we arrived at the pier and obtained boarding passes at the ticket office using our QR code. Boarding began 10 minutes early, and the ferry departed right on time. The cruise to Koh Phangan took exactly 30 minutes, and disembarking was also quick. We were pleased that two company employees approached us on the ferry and quickly arranged a transfer from the ferry to our hotel on Hard Rin Beach for 400 baht for two. A taxi was already waiting for us upon disembarking, and we arrived at our pre-booked hotel in 25 minutes. Overall, the trip was very comfortable.★

We took a tour with transfers from our hotel to the pier. We were picked up by minivan from the hotel, and had a light snack at the meeting point at the pier. Then it was a one-hour boat ride to Koh Tao Island, where we snorkeled at two locations. The first was more impressive; we even saw a small shark and a variety of fish, both large and small. There were no turtles. Next, we were taken to another island for lunch, and given three hours to explore. We were able to climb up to the island's deck and spend time on the beach. The water was crystal clear, and we didn't want to leave; we even felt the allotted time was a bit short. We had a truly amazing experience. Our child especially enjoyed it!Trip.com picks
