"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Pengcheng Square subway station, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions and night markets. The room offers expansive city views from high above, truly making it a landmark building in Xuzhou. Front desk staff member Xiao Shi (Sherry) was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She added me on WeChat before check-in to ask about my needs, sent me a local travel guide, and even helped upgrade my room. Furthermore, my child accidentally left their braces on the table during breakfast and we left. Liu Jing, a restaurant intern, immediately helped us search for them, even sifting through the garbage bin. There was also a female restaurant manager (whose name I regrettably didn't catch) who helped with the search. A huge thank you to both of them! Xuzhou is great, and this hotel is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel lobby isn't huge, but the rooms themselves are fantastic. They use Pechoin toiletries and a Laifen hairdryer, plus the smart toilet was a pleasant surprise. The bed height was just right, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk service was excellent; they proactively added us on WeChat and even upgraded both our rooms. It's clear the hotel pays a lot of attention to service details. There's a chalkboard in the lobby with Xuzhou travel tips, and each room also has a hand-drawn guide, which is a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything tasted delicious. The small park across from the hotel is lovely – it's quiet and beautiful, and honestly, I think it's more worth seeing than some of the attractions in the city center."

"The room was bright and airy with large, floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view. The warm lighting created a fantastic ambiance, and the soft sofa was perfect for relaxing. Coming back to the room after a day out, I immediately felt all my fatigue melt away. The front desk service was excellent, and breakfast was also superb. "The location is absolutely unbeatable. Yunlong Lake is just a few steps away, literally right next to a 5A scenic area. You can walk out the door and stroll along the lake, enjoying the breeze. It's about a ten-minute walk to Yunlong Mountain and the Han Portrait Stone Art Museum, and Xuzhou Museum isn't far either. No need to rush in the morning, perfect for a relaxed trip. Parking is free for drivers, and there are plenty of spaces, so no worries about finding a spot. The hotel also upgraded our room. The huge floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of the entire Yunlong Lake. In the evening, the lake shimmered with golden light during sunset – it was incredibly therapeutic to just sit by the window on the sofa and relax. The bedding was just right, with both soft and firm pillows, so even those who prefer firm pillows can sleep soundly. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, with both a bathtub and shower. The toiletries had a subtle, high-end scent, not a cheap artificial fragrance. After a day of sightseeing, a bath was perfect for unwinding. The cleanliness was impeccable, with corners and the vanity sparkling. It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast deserves a special shout-out! It wasn't the usual generic buffet. All the local Xuzhou specialties were available! Freshly fried dough sticks, 'laomo juan sanzi' (pancake rolls with crispy treats), and handmade 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were all there. No need to wake up early and queue for local breakfast outside. The freshly cooked rice noodle station was super popular, and the beef bone broth was incredibly fresh. Western pastries and freshly ground coffee were also available. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The constant-temperature indoor pool was super relaxing after a tiring day. The gym had enough equipment. The view from the executive lounge was absolutely stunning; enjoying a drink while looking at the nighttime lights of Yunlong Lake created an amazing ambiance, perfect for couples or friends. The Chinese restaurant served authentic local dishes, with delicious 'digou ji' (pot-stewed chicken) and Huaiyang cuisine. It was great to have the option to dine in the hotel instead of going out. The service was warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was quick. We requested a high-floor lake view, and the staff did their best to accommodate. Special thanks to Bree at the front desk; she was very responsive to our needs, and her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful."

"The room was great, right outside Exit 4 of the subway station, not a long walk. The room was new, and even though I arrived late, they upgraded me as requested. However, here's the problem: when I went for breakfast, the woman at the registration desk was arguing vehemently with a customer as soon as I entered the restaurant 🥴. The customer was relatively calm, but the woman at registration was shouting and was incredibly aggressive. Regardless of who was right, it was extremely rude to speak to a customer. While the service wasn't exactly top-notch, the way that woman talked to the customer was infuriating. Because of one person, I hate the whole place. Just a casual customer, afraid of getting yelled at, I'm never going back. Other customers considering staying at this hotel, please be careful not to get yelled at 🤫"

The room facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply and soft, skin-friendly bedding, providing a superb resting environment for tired travelers. "Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately soothed by its Zen ambiance! The overall design is a modern Chinese Zen style, with the dry landscape garden, water features, and architecture blending seamlessly. Every step offers a new beautiful view, and you can get a great shot just by snapping a photo. The lobby bar directly overlooks the central courtyard's water feature, with light dancing on the ripples – you could easily spend an entire afternoon just staring out there. The biggest surprise was the room's private courtyard, with garden landscaping right outside the window. There's even a tea set by the window, perfect for brewing a pot and relaxing in the courtyard. It really makes you slow down. The hotel is nestled at the foot of Yunlong Mountain, right next to the thousand-year-old Xinghua Zen Temple. You can hear the morning bells and evening drums every day, and this sense of tranquility is truly priceless. It's genuinely a wonderful retreat for the soul hidden in the city center, and I'll definitely be back!"

"I was traveling for work and had a layover at Xuzhou East Station, so I booked this hotel. Coincidentally, they were having an event and I couldn't get a king-size bed room initially. However, the front desk noticed I was alone and proactively switched me to a king room. The service was really thoughtful!"
