Xiansu hotel is located right in the Wangxian valley which is really convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room we got with the view of the mountains was impeccable. Everything was nice until late at night when we came back to the room and heard a group of tourists next door drinking and playing card so loud. The incident exposed the bad design of the room that wasn’t well-insulated and we could hear everything from our neighbor to the point that we had to knock at their door and asked them to be quiet at 2 am in the morning because we could not go to sleep and we had to wake up early to catch the train. The room didn’t have a phone we could call the front desk to report the incident plus it would take a long trip including up and down the hills to go to the front desk so we took care of the problem ourselves.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

What an amazing job they have done transforming the scenic area. When you are there, you feel like as if you have been transported back in time with the architecture. The hotel rooms are blended tastefully in with the attraction. Plan on arriving late morning to explore the area before the mass drove of tourist that flocks in from 16:00 - 20:00. Once the lights turn on, the scenic area transforms into an amazing sight. When you get to the area, the hotel reception is inside the visitor area. Once they know you are there, they will send a car to take you into the scenic area where the hotel check in is. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. Like everywhere else in else in China, make sure you have WeChat. It can be your virtual translator when communicating with the hotel staff.

Pros  Great location. Friendly reception. Room is very well equipped, modern and specious. Great housekeeping, good breakfast spread. Awesome bathroom.  Cons Check in time is 5pm! Ridiculously late considering how expensive it is. Very difficult to get help with luggages. Luggage people/ concierge are rude and unhelpful. I had to complain to reception to get my bag move to my room. But reception staff is friendly.  Tips  There’s a nice food court outside the hotel (Yangxian Village). Literally 1 minute away but it’s not promoted by hotel. They will tell you to go downhill for food which is far away and super crowded.  You can drive straight to the r hotel’s front door if you have a booking. Entrance fee included.

Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.

The guest room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright. The cleaning lady named Liang provided good service. She took the initiative to boil hot water for me and added two more bottles of water. When I was leaving, I met the guest room supervisor Zhang at the door. He greeted us with a smile and showed great concern for us guests. He asked about the stay experience and helped me move my suitcase and sent me to the elevator before leaving. The service of the front desk lady was also very thoughtful. Breakfast and travel bags were very convenient. Hilton Hampton is the first choice for business trips. Thumbs up for your service. See you next time!

The food at the restaurant was GREAT. We really appreciated the hanfu and calligraphy that the hotel provided us free of charge and the girls were so nice! I would like to mention also H. T. Chen, the guy driving the golf cart: he was the sweetest person, kindest and most helpful with the translator to comunicate, as nobody spoke english. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the girl and the boy working at the reception on the evening shift, who did not smile not even for a second and were quite rude to me. Too bad I cannot remember their names

A beautiful hotel! I was there for two weeks and the staff made me feel very welcome! Always smiling and professional. They helped and accompanied me enormously! Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality and especially to Vivi Chem, Larry and Warrick!

The hotel is very good and absolutely worthy of five-star quality. It is built by the river, with a friendly environment and courtyard style, and it is the most beautiful scenery. Walking around the hotel in the morning and evening, every design point is very pleasing to the eye. There is also an outdoor play area, which is very suitable for the whole family. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, the variety selection is very rich, and the taste of the products is also suitable for guests from the north and the south. It can be felt that the chef team has solid skills and careful design. The room facilities are very new, the supplies are exquisite, the small details are very well done, and there is a large garden terrace. Sitting on the terrace for a rest is very freehand. The service is the biggest highlight. From the moment the car is parked and the door is opened, the sincerity of the service can be felt. It is not the kind of false industrial enthusiasm, but the smile and warmth from the heart. The front desk, guest rooms, restaurants, and even the uncle at the door of the gym on the first floor are all very professional and sincere, and the warm feeling of home is at home. When I left, I forgot to take the power bank plugged in the socket. Miss Liu Jinfei contacted and sent it back very considerately. Thank you very much. In short, the experience is full, five-star praise, and the first recommendation for traveling to Ganzhou.
