Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam.
Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.
I recently stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were professional and courteous, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get to my meetings. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel for business travelers. Highly recommended, thank you.
I just saw a friend leave a bad review, and it had the same experience as mine: 1. If you arrive early, you can't check in and have to wait until 2:00 PM. If you want to check in early, it's a 400 RMB fee. This is the hotel's policy, and since you've chosen to comply, there's nothing wrong with that. But what happened next was outrageous. 2. I wanted to extend my stay in my original room, and the front desk told me I could do it (there were rooms available online at the time). I assumed I didn't need to arrive too early. When I went to check in, they told me the on-site rate would increase by over 200 RMB, which I refused. I asked Ctrip for help, and Ctrip customer service was very attentive and tried to communicate with me for a long time, but the front desk said no, there were no rooms available. I had no choice but to move to another hotel, but an hour or two later, the same price and room type were available. What a scam! 3. The hotel's breakfast wasn't commensurate with the price. There are some good points, though; it's a new hotel, and the facilities are decent. I hope they can be more sincere and less tactical with Chinese customers.
During my recent stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city, I was truly impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers all within walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly hassle-free.
The room was cozy and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was plush, and after a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. Despite being in the bustling city, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for restful nights.
Safety was also a priority here, with secure access to the building and attentive staff ensuring that guests felt well taken care of. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and professional.
Overall, the combination of a convenient location, comfort, safety, and excellent service made this city stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in the city center.
The hotel room is quite big, and the front desk can all speak Chinese, which is very worry-free. There is a KTV in the middle, but it doesn't seem to be noisy. Maybe the KTV doesn't have much business. There are a lot of taxis parked downstairs, which makes traveling very convenient. A taxi to the airport usually costs 400,000 VND. It would be nice if the hotel provided breakfast.
The front desk of the hotel has Chinese service, which is very helpful. Then I learned that the boss is Chinese. You can communicate and consult with him. This is of great help for business stays. You can quickly learn local information, which is the most useful place to stay.
No hot water, Wi-Fi is unstable and disconnects
If the counter cannot understand Chinese, they will hang up directly.
Poor internal management of the hotel
There was a fire that day and I hurriedly escaped. It seems there was no sprinkler equipment.
Such a bad experience for the first time

Free to help change to a twin room, security service is good, take the initiative to say hello and guide parking. The lobby is very spacious and the environment is clean and refreshing. The room is also satisfactory. The blue curtains are also beautiful, and they look new, including bedding. Satisfied and satisfied stay

GGuest UserIf there are any shortcomings of the hotel, it may be that the bed is not big enough. It is just not big. It cannot be said to be small. Also, the slippers are not disposable. This depends on personal habits.
The overall hygiene is very clean.
The front desk can communicate in basic Chinese. They can also help to call a carpool. I am going to Hanoi. The front desk helped me to book a business car for only 50 yuan. I am very satisfied.
The breakfast tastes good. The dishes are very rich. The hotel breakfast of less than 200 yuan includes a breakfast worth 30 yuan.
There are also swimming pools and saunas. Overall, they are very good.
The service is very enthusiastic. This hotel has many management personnel sent from Chinese companies. There is also a milk tea shop and an outdoor bar downstairs. It is also nice to drink tea and wine and watch girls outside at night. I heard that the bar next to it has Vietnamese food. But I am a gentleman who doesn't like this and didn't go to experience it.
YyangsikThere are staff who can speak Korean.
The room is very spacious and tidy
They do laundry for free and are kind.
There are many Korean restaurants and local restaurants around.
Unfortunately, since it is on the road, the noise from cars and motorcycles is quite loud.
Sensitive people will find it a little difficult.
Except for the noise, it's great
