đ **Beach Highlights**
1. **Fine, Clean Sand & Enhanced Privacy:** The hotel boasts a private beach situated on the southern stretch of Khem Beach, widely considered Phu Quoc's most beautiful. The sand is incredibly fine, powdery white, and wonderfully soft underfoot. It's meticulously cleaned every morning by staff (though occasional sea debris might wash ashore). Compared to the bustling northern beaches, this spot offers a much quieter and more private experience.
2. **Calm Waves & Family-Friendly:** The bay's southeastern side forms a natural barrier, keeping the waves gentle and making it perfect for kids to splash around and for beginner swimmers. Numerous family guests have commented that 'children can safely play in the shallow water without worrying about strong waves.' While sharing the same stretch of sand with the adjacent JW Marriott, the Emerald Bay section feels distinctly more peaceful and secluded.
3. **Abundant Complimentary Water Activities:** The hotel provides a variety of non-motorized water sports equipment like banana boats, kayaks, and paddleboards, all free for guests to use (on-site registration required). For families, there are also plenty of sand toys for children, giving parents a break. A notable highlight for some guests was 'paddling in a transparent kayak to see the little fish underwater â such a great value experience!'
4. **Stunning Sunrise & Sunset Views:** The resort offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. East-facing rooms provide spectacular ocean sunrises, as golden morning light bathes the emerald waters. For unforgettable sunsets, we highly recommend heading to the west side of the beach in the evening to witness the 'golden hour' â it's an incredibly photogenic scene.
đš **Hotel Facilities & Services Integrated with the Beach**
* **Seamless Pool-to-Beach Access:** The hotel's multiple tiered swimming pools, including a fun slide area for kids, are seamlessly integrated with the beach, just steps away. This allows guests to effortlessly alternate between a refreshing dip in the pool and a swim in the ocean.
* **Beach Bar & Convenient Services:** The pool bar offers signature cocktails, conveniently delivered right to your beach lounge chair. Additionally, complimentary towels and sunscreen are readily available.
* **Complimentary Local Attraction Tickets:** As a special bonus, summer stay packages often include complimentary tickets to the âKiss of the Seaâ sunset light show, located just a 10-minute drive from the hotel. This spectacular performance, featuring water screens, fireworks, and artistic installations, provides a magical conclusion to your beach day.

We spent 12 nights at the resort. All staff friendly and very helpful, most can improve with the English Language. Restaurants were used every day for dinner and all meals were very tasteful. Reception staff very helpful when we had to get to the private hospital for our 7 month daughter (thank you all!!!). Vinwaters (Vinpearl aquapark- awesome!). Hon Thom island a must too! Easy to organize a grab driver. Remember to withdraw cash at airport if no visa card. Kids club offering many activities (some at a cost).
Spa (Massage) awesome!!!Â
Was my birthday and got surprised with birthday cake and foot massage (with any spa treatment booked)!Â
Thank you for making our 12 day visit a momerable experience!! And to all staff, thank you!!!
The Few Positives:
1. Stunning Sea View â The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean. Â
2. Efficient Airport Shuttle â The shuttle service was punctual and hassle-free. Â
3. Prime Location â Conveniently within walking distance of the night market. Â
4. Exceptional Poolside Staff â One staff member went above and beyond, quickly securing my personal belongings when heavy rain suddenly started. Â
Major Letdowns:
1. Poor Dining Experience â The BBQ buffet was underwhelming, with unappetizing presentation despite the fair price. Not worth it. Â
2. Disappointing Breakfast â Limited, low-quality options with bland flavors. Service was lacking: no staff guidance for seating, forcing guests to scramble for tables. Empty food trays were left unfilled for extended periods, leaving guests waiting.
3. Cold & Unwelcoming Service â From check-in to room service, the staff lacked warmth â far below the standard expected of a top-tier hotel. Â
4. Tiny, Uninspiring Pool â The swimming pool was disappointingly small. Â
5. Hygiene Concerns â The room was uncomfortably humid.
The room is superb, clean and comfy. It's wonderful that you could enjoy the firework show at the balcony, especially during the rainy days. The welcome drinks tasted good and the staff at the front office are nice.
However, the facilities and workshop are limited, compared to other hotels. They have one workshop on every tue and sat. Sadly, we check in on Friday and leave in Sat morning. The weather was way too bad and keep raining cats and dogs on the day we stay with La Festa. Only sauna and gym were available for accessing...of course you can pay for a drink or swim under the rain and storm...and the worst thing is that, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, gym and sauna were all in the opposite building...We got soaked in the rain...
All of got to say is that the staff is very attentive to details especially the request made. The villa is super well kept. The breakfast spread was good better than most accommodation that we have stayed at. Everybody should try living here at least once.
The location is the best. The room was very dusty, not cleaned properly, and the bathtub lid was stuck. Breakfast is delicious. I also liked the pool very much, very comfortable.

Our stay at Pullman was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean and big enough for our family. During our 10 day stay we were never bored with the superb and diverse breakfast buffet. There were western and eastern style dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurants, pool bar and room service foods were delicious though a bit expensive compared to local restaurants. The spa was professional and affordable. We ended up getting spa treatments twice! The pool was huge with different areas for children and adults including a small water park for the kids. Our children also enjoyed the indoor playground, especially the activities organized by their attentive staff.
The Pullman staff were all professional, attentive, and caring towards their guests. For our wedding anniversary, they greeted us with a delicious desert and personalized card in our room. We had a minor noise complaint regarding the restaurant upstairs. They solved the noise issue immediately and gifted us with a free bottle of wine. The spa staff was professional and attentive to our needs.
Pullman Resort is near the airport with free transportation back and forth. It is also near Sao Beach and Sunset Town, but far from other tourist spots in the north.
The only negative was trash found on the beach. While we were there the waves were rough and probably brought in the trash.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids! This place is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the city, surrounded by nature. The kids absolutely loved the foam party and water sports activities.
One small suggestion for the hotel: Adding a slide to the pool would make it even more fun for the little ones and the operator hardly answers the call as I think it is because they use the app more! Highly recommend! Overall it is 10/10
If you are looking for top notch service, then I would recommend Sheraton. We recently had our family trip and stayed at sheraton. We really enjoyed it as they offered free shuttle buses to locations such as safari, grand world and airport. For kids, there's activities that keep them busy. We extremely enjoyed pizza making since the chef was extremely attentive and my kids had so much fun. The pizzas were also really good.
I had to praised their service as the workers there are extremely polite, attentive and responsive to our needs.
Breakfast selections constantly changed everyday so we really enjoyed the food there.
We also had dinner at daily social and the servers were so amazing and attentive. They were extremely polite and we really felt our needs were taken care of.
Although the hotel is a bit dated but we really enjoyed our stay there.
Would totally recommend to my friends and people that are looking for top notch service.

Very Good
GGuest UserLocated in northern Phu Quoc Island, the hotel offers a convenient transfer service from its dedicated counter right outside the airport, utilizing comfortable executive vehicles. It's also very close to Grand World, with a 24-hour shuttle service available. Additionally, guests can easily access VinWonders and Safari via free public buses, and an airport bus service is also provided.

CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to âBring your own detergentâ
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check itâs own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isnât any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage âRosieâ) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given âLuxury Hillside Apartmentâ name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each buildingâs beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny âRosieâ office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guestsâ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as thereâre always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. Itâs a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackersâ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

AA Fish Called WandererExceptional from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly attentiveânothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail had been carefully thought out, from the beautifully appointed room that had everything we could possibly need, to the thoughtful messages from Madame Vermont that added such a personal touch.
Little extras, like the charming pepper gift, made us feel truly valued. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant French colonial style, and the environment was wonderfully peaceful. The private beach, immaculate pool area, and lush gardens created a perfectly relaxing escape.
Dining at Pepper Restaurant was a highlightâthe food was absolutely fantastic and beautifully presented. This trip exceeded all expectations. We canât wait to return!
JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

GGuest Userloved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff donât speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.
