The hotel is very new, with good facilities. The bathroom floor has floor heating. Compared with another five-star hotel in the city, this one has much better facilities. If you don't care about being close to the attractions, I recommend this one. It is very cost-effective.
This hotel is amazing! This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The swimming pool is nice. The restaurant on the first floor is also nice. There is also ice cream. I am not used to the food in Uzbekistan. I eat pasta, pizza and salad in the restaurant every day. It is so cool. The room is very comfortable. It is also convenient to take a taxi. Highly recommended
The hotel is located in the ”Silk Road” complex. There is an artificial river and a large green space in front of the gate. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and professional. They helped us book a taxi to the airport at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was very fresh and rich, and the Western dinner dishes were good in style and taste.
We really liked the hotel, it is not big, but very cozy with high-quality repairs. It is conveniently located on a quiet street. A 10-minute walk from Registan. Our room was spacious, two-room with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The administrators were friendly, they were in touch before the trip, clarified the details of the arrival. On the day of arrival, we ordered a sauna with a pool for an hour. The water is cool, you can’t swim for a long time (we were there in January). The sauna is paid 100 thousand soums per person per hour, you can use the pool for free. After a long journey, we liked this option. We met other hotel guests only at breakfast, and otherwise we could not hear anyone, which personally pleased us very much. We really wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle. Another plus of a vacation in the off-season. Breakfasts are served in the neighboring building on the ground floor, in the form of a buffet from 7 to 10 in the morning. Everything was delicious. Lots of pastries, fruits, yogurts, pancakes, cheesecakes, sausages and cheese of several kinds, dried fruits and nuts, fried eggs on request and made coffee. After such a hearty breakfast, we had our second meal only in the evening. Special thanks to Dilya, she cooked everything with soul and home-style. She packed us lunch boxes, because on the day of departure we did not have time to have breakfast (there was an early flight). We were pleased with the trip to Samarkand. I recommend the hotel.
I was there off-season on March 8. There weren't many people in the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. There weren't enough robes in the room and I would have added something moisturizing for the body (cream) to the cosmetic set. A corkscrew and glasses. Overall, I recommend it, including using the spa area. There was no one there off-season, which is how I like it)
The overall service is very good, the hotel environment and the outside environment are very beautiful. Especially the front desk lady, she is considerate and thoughtful, first-rate!
The breakfast is rich, fresh and delicious.
All facilities are very good, five-star. The hand-brewed coffee in the room is delicious
The only thing to be improved: there is no cleaning kit, such as cotton swabs, etc.
[Luxurious stay in Samarkand]
This hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Registan Square in Samarkand, and it seems that a wedding hall for locals is also located next door. The luxurious interior matches that, and the lobby entrance raises your expectations for your stay.
One of the hotel staff spoke a little Japanese, and although he spoke broken Japanese, he greeted me kindly with a ”hello.”
The room had an elegant atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very satisfying and delicious!
The bad communication of the hotel with the service ...1 First on arrival forced to pay some tax ... although taxes are included in the price ... 2 Secondly stated that the number at all was not paid ... and had to find out with a trip com where the prepaid money was gone

Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful small boutique hotel located in a historical ditrict of samarkand (so called ”Russian Samarkand”). major sightseeings are not the next door.. but not far away...
Personnel is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are adequately sized and have almost all the necessary amenities. They serve a plentiful and tasty breakfast buffet(unfortunately, some hot dishes turned out to be cold... hope that was a one-off case).
in general - highly recommended hotel..
