I recently visited this hotel and the hotel restaurant and had an excellent experience as they offered me an early check-in. The service was good and the waiter, Seif, was very attentive and friendly.

Happy with the service, staff were polite and helpful...breakfast was descent and room service meals were reasonably price...I especially loved their spring rolls, samosa and masala tea!

The hotel is by the sea and has a restaurant by the sea, which is suitable for a relaxing vacation and the price is very suitable. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and also helped me call a taxi using the local software and patiently answered all my questions.

The room is small, the facilities are old, the ventilation is poor and there is a strong musty smell. It is close to the road and the noise is loud. There is nothing good to eat for breakfast. The price is a bit expensive. For the same price, you can stay at Tulip Hotel in the city center.

The transportation is convenient. It takes only a few minutes to get to the beach. It is quiet at night and you can go out for a run in the morning. It is very safe. The room is clean. The service is especially good. Whether it is the hotel leader or the waiter, they make you feel comfortable. I will stay here next time.

Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam is a modern, upscale hotel with amazing views of the ocean and city. It has comfy rooms, a great rooftop bar, an infinity pool, and top-notch service. Perfect for both business and leisure stays.

Because my family stayed here ten years ago, we still chose this hotel ten years later. The services are still good. Although the decoration is a bit old-fashioned, you can feel the charm of the times. There is security check when entering the hotel. The services are very mature. I feel very relieved. I eat three meals a day in the hotel. The band also adds a lot of color. The waiters understand the guests very well. Dining by the sea, looking at the sea and listening to music, the atmosphere is very good

Located in the center of Dar es Salaam, it is probably the most modern hotel in the area. Chinese companies are involved in the management, so it feels familiar. Downstairs is the pier to Zanzibar Island, which is convenient for traveling. The hotel is also very safe, with security checks and security guards at the door. The room is spacious and clean.

I booked this hotel due to two reasons - its a Marriot property now and the beach pier which I saw in the pics. Unfortunately the pier is closed now and there is no direct access to any beach. That was a big disappointment. The other issue was that there is no calling bell outside the room. So the staff has to knock!! If you are asleep or TV is ON, you will mostly not hear it. Bit strange despite being a marriot property. The pros: The check in and checkout was seamless. The reception is very well managed and the people are very nice and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was good with nice vegetarian options (which I had requested and the hotel was kind enough to oblige). The deluxe room with ocean view was quite large and had a nice balcony. though not directly on the watefront, could view the ocean...it should be renamed as partial view of ocean though. The in room dining food was quite good. Also the location is in a nice part of the town.
