almost perfect
We reserved two times, on the 17th-19th, a Superior room and 19-20, a Suite because the Superior was full. When we arrived on the 17th, because we didn't want to move rooms, we asked to upgrade to a Suite. The staff will charge us an additional 5,000 baht per night. !!! They said that it was the walk-in price of the suite minus the price of the superior room that we booked from the internet, so we chose to move rooms instead. But for the hotel It might have been better to charge a standard price difference (i.e. walk-in price for the suite minus walk-in price for the superior room), which we were prepared to pay, and the suite was sadly vacant for two days.
The first room we stayed in, 414, at the end of the left hallway, was spacious, quiet and clean. But it's right above the kitchen. Starting to smell from food preparation from 1am. In the morning the smell was so strong that we had to ask to move rooms on the second night.
Room 208, the bedside light doesn't work. The shower holder fell off. And the walls of the room are quite thin so that you can hear the sound of the light switch turning on and off from the next room.
Last night, Suite 311 was very spacious and well proportioned. both kitchen and living room Very well decorated
Safety is a bit of a concern as the lift can be accessed from the street.
Roof top doesn't look as clean as it should.
The exercise room allows only one air conditioner to be turned on, even though there are 3 of them and must use a fan to help blow it.
Breakfast, although there are many types to choose from But some things ran out very quickly (as early as 8 a.m.) and replenishment was delayed. There are only a few types, but it might be better to receive constant attention.
However, this is a very good hotel. and can fully recommend staying here.
all good about accommodation, but during the booking period, the price is too high than normal, the system may have problems, please check it
