We stayed 5 nights with my brothers , and we loved this place ! The staff is so kind and attentive to customers, a very nice experience in this hotel that I will not forget, thank you all for everything ! 🌅

Before writing this review, I thought for too long about whether I should write this or not. I wish people didn't know how friendly and warm the staff at this hotel is. I wish other people didn't know how happy it is to eat a delicious breakfast while listening to the sound of birds and carriages and the sea breeze. I wish people didn't know how enjoyable it is to walk back to room with a clean and beautifully maintained garden. Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset. I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here. I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work.

Such a mesmerising stay. Shout out to Ms Erna from the front office who went beyond and above to decorate our room and arrange a cake for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the staycation here.  All staff from the breakfast place, bar, reception, spa, everyone giving us warm welcome. We will definitely never forget this Indonesian warm welcome. it’s such a heartfelt that we have to leave this place. Wish to come back again.

The staff were absolutely awesome, always friendly and helpful.The location is great! While the hotel doesn't provide bottled water in the room, they do offer free fresh and filtered water outside the rooms, which is a nice touch. The room was definitely value for money, and with convenience stores nearby, it's a very practical place to stay.

Nice structure with beautiful pool in front of the sea but there is no beach except when there is low flood. Breakfast is not rich and repeated but good. nice staff. spacious but not very clean room, good cleaning. Hair dryer on request at reception without extra payments and two bottles of water per day free.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. It's only a 1.5-hour trip by taxi to Senggigi Pier, then a speedboat to Bali, and the taxi fare was just 18. The staff were very responsive, and the sunset views from the hotel beach are stunning!

An excellent option if you are looking for a villa in the Balinese style. It is located in a quiet and clean side of Trawangan, away from the noisy club hotels. The house has two air conditioners, it was always cool, no dampness, no insects, including mosquitoes. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is responsive, they helped rent a bike, organize an excursion and other requests 👍🏻 of course, you should not expect sterile cleanliness in a wooden house, but I really liked this experience of living in a traditional style house. The breakfasts are delicious, and I really liked the fresh juices. The beach - the water and the shore are clean, but to enter the water you need special shoes because the whole island is surrounded by coral reefs and pebbles

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST HOTEL. While the hotel's facilities are adequate and its location offers acceptable proximity to the port, the poor service we experienced did not justify the significantly higher price we paid for a supposedly four-star resort. Specifically, the bidet in our assigned room was not functioning. When we reported this, a front office supervisor named Ute was demonstrably dishonest, claiming that all rooms had non-functional bidets due to a 'western style' and offering more toilet tissue as a solution. This excuse proved false when we checked several other rooms of the same type and found their bidets to be working perfectly. Upon confronting Ute with this discrepancy, she continued to deny her initial statement, offering unreasonable excuses and failing to provide any apology or resolution. It was only after escalating the issue to the Manager on duty that we were finally moved to another room with a functioning bidet. The fact that a HOTEL SUPERVISOR LIED to keep us in a room with a known issue while others were available is unacceptable. Despite the convenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the substandard service and lack of transparency. There are likely other establishments in the area that offer a far superior experience for the price.

I do recommend you guys for this hotel especially for muslims. Clean enough, the cafe also very nice i love the enviroment of the hotel ya.smell good.and the staff ohoo so friendly, kind and goodlooking. i'm so touch with their housekeeping 5days stayed there my room always clean they also helped me fold my clothes LOL. overall I LOVE IT!
