We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Mandalika Beach Resort. Positives: -The food was amazing, both in the restaurant and in room dining. -The room was very comfortable, with great lighting. -The staff were friendly and welcoming. -The resort was very clean.   Negatives: -We arrived after the check in time of 2pm but waited 15-20 minutes to be served by staff and then another 50 minutes to receive our room key/card. -There were no towels when we checked in our room, we had to order them, which took 45 minutes to be delivered. -The resort is a little isolated, you have to walk a considerable distance to access local shops, restaurants, entertainment. Highly recommend staying at this resort and will be back again.

Even though it is located in the west side of island, I could stay peacefully. Breakfast is 150K per person. I recommend to include it when you book. No need to move and find sunset place since just in front of resort was fantastic spot for sunset. Strong recommend.

We were looking for a nice stay for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach is black sand with a lot of rock at the low tide line so that is a consideration if you want to go in the water. I waded a bit at high tide, and there is a fair bit surf action, but most of my time was spent at poolside. It is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to go to town, it will require a taxi or some form of transport as Mataram is 30 minutes by car. I was not interested in renting a motorbike so taxi it was. The food and staff were excellent and most staff were very good in English. Overall, 5 star rating from me

I wish other people didn't know how happy it is to eat a delicious breakfast while listening to the sound of birds and carriages and the sea breeze. I wish people didn't know how enjoyable it is to walk back to room with a clean and beautifully maintained garden. Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset. I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here. I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work.

What can we say about this resort? The first word that comes to mind is 'outstanding'. The location, right on the beach, is awesome. Staff are super friendly, efficient, and respectful. Breakfast had so many options, from Western to Indonesian favourites. Sunsets were mind-blowing. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Super comfortable bed and waking up to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach each morning truly had us in relaxed holiday mode every day. If you are after a relaxing, quiet location with excellent amenities, this is the place for you. If you are after some local food, head 5mins south down the beach to Warung K or Verve Beach Club.

Our breakfast was included, everything was delicious, except for the freshly squeezed juice, which was very diluted. The hotel area is small, but what a view by the pool, it’s just a bomb, like you’re in a movie. This hotel was recommended to me and I have never regretted it. Friends and I are delighted!

Magnificent Hotel, staff are super kind polite and friendly. Breakfast is very good and very diversified suitable to all tastes. For Muslims, food is hala. Rooms very clean and room service check up every day. Great sunset view and the atmosphere is so relaxing. This hotel is one of the best I ever stayed in. Once again the staff are incredibly welcoming and polite.

We love Qunci Villa ! The staff are super welcoming, the food at both restaurants are tasty. We enjoyed a lot for our honeymoon stay at Qunci Villa. We appreciate every art piece and every corner of the resort. Will definitely come back again next time!

The swimming pool in the villa we stayed in was clean and slightly salty. The outdoor space had a shed, an open air, a parasol, a deck chair, and a coffee set. However, the transportation was very inconvenient. It was a long-distance place. For boats and planes, you needed to contact the hotel in advance for pick-up and drop-off. You had to contact the hotel yourself.

Super nice place to stay located in the not that busy part of the island where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets every day. Property is new, they just opened up some months ago, and you can see they are still in the process of understanding how to best manage it. There are still some things to be polished in that sense, but apart from that everything was super good. People as usual were super nice at all times and just tried to make anything to make guests happy.

Just an amazing hotel! From the super helpful and friendly staff at reception, the little upgrade to the sunset bungalow, the huge swimming pool, pool bar and the beach just in front. It’s THE perfect spot to watch the sunset. I wish I had stayed longer! You can rent bicycles from the hotel to go into town which is the busier side or they can call the horse carriage to take you to and from. Oh and the outside bathroom was incredible, looking at the moon at stars when in the shower 🤩 I would definitely choose it again if I were to come back !

Had to wait 30 or so minutes for our room to be ready? First room was very noisy from adjoining rooms and above. They obliged by shifting us to a beautifully quiet room which was lovely. Service and food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Overall, if you can book a good room the hotel and location is wonderful.

Service a little long... they got the wrong room for me which I paid more for, but the hotel is well located and it has the best swimming pool on the island in my opinion 😉

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!

Beautiful secret garden close to everything (harbor, nice restaurants,shops) the staff was extremly friendly and adorable they help me to upgrade the wifi speed to work. The pool area is nice and clean. The breakfast is tasty. It would be nice to provide some fresh juices or smoothies for breakfast. They had amazing fruits.
