Extremely impressed with the service at the hotel. - I arrived at the hotel at about 12pm, not expecting to be able to check-in but I was allowed to check-in immediately! - I added the hotel’s WeChat account when checking in and was immediately sent a word document with lots of recommendations for Xi’An and even a suggested itinerary. The staff were also very prompt in responding to any questions that I posed over WeChat. I asked them where i could buy contact lens solution and they even offered to pour me some. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable 😊

The location is really the best. It is just across drum tower and the night market. The Muslim market is connected to the night night which is really vibrant at night. It is easy to get around coz the bell tower and the City wall sites are just nearby. This hotel’s breakfast is good. Hotel staff service is commendable. They are very helpful. Free use of their washing machine and dryer for your laundry! What a surprise! The room is big for my family. Comfy beds and pillows. Warm toilet seat and my family’s stay is so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay in Elong Anyue hotel. I only have one suggestion. Please let your house keeping clean the toilet and the bathroom everyday. Make them check if guests have enough shampoo, bath soap and conditioner. Other than that, everything is perfect!

Everything about the hotel was great. Right next to the metro station so its easy to get around. Only negative is the hotel only issue 1 room key card which makes it a little inconvenient because the room required the key card to have power and the elevator required a key card to operate. If I were to go downstairs with the key card that leaves my family in the room without power. Only solution was to leave the key card in the room and ask the front desk to activate the elevator for me. Overall we still had a great experience at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a really convenient location for travellers. It is located between the drum tower and Bell tower.. in addition, the Huimin Street ( food street ) is behind the hotel ( 2 minutes walk). The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and kind-hearted, and help with anything you need during your stay. The front desk staff speacilly (Mrs. Lei yu) is really hospitable and kind. her kindness and welcoming face made this trip a memorable trip. The hotel rooms are hygienic and beautiful. the rooms are cleaned daily.. and the commodities ( for example, water bottels, tissue, comb, etc) are renewed every day. Although i did not use some, every time the room is cleaned, the attended puts new ones... this really reflected the staff commitment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has an eating area, where breakfast is provided to the guests.. the food is tasty, and both Western and chinese dishes are available. In the hotel lobby, there is a tour guide who can arrange for you to visit attractions in this beautiful city. The tour prices are cheap and the tours are really convenient. And they arranged for me an english speaking tour guide. Overall, the hotel location, hotel staff, rooms, and services are excellent.. will recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to xi'an.

After my review for one night on 8th for, we are now booked for rejuvenated room with so much more bigger room space and on 5th flr which is quiet and, I believe, smoke free flr. The day reception is sufficiently staffed and with friendly receptionists always ready to assist queries, except for travel related matters. But I suggest receptionists shld be equipped with basic knowledge of places of interest and how to get there instead of directing all quests to travel desk, located besides reception desk. For breakfast, I really hope to see improvements to variety of cooking and types of food, especially for travellers who intend to stay one week in Xian. On our second day breakfast here, we already got sick of same variety of fruits or jams or noodle etc. Hope to see improvements. On the whole, highly recommend this quiet and conveniently located hotel for would be quests. There is a very good foodcourt in WangFuqin shopping center located about 1 km walk- can find simple vegetarian options there and all at very reasonable price even for other foods.

Great stay. English widely used here and easy for foreigners to intermingle with Chinese guests and staff. Also super clean and central to all the good stuff in Xian.

The location is superb. The staff are very helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. The quality of the room and beds is excellent. The only major concern I had was with the speed of the internet connection. It was very slow, 3 to 6Mbps, and that did not allow me to attend my online meetings. The breakfast is good but I would have appreciated more varieties. I felt it was limited in terms of choices, so I often skipped it although paid for it.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everyone was really nice and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from South Gate. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant of the hotel has really good food. We went there for the two nights after exploring and the food was tasty and the portions are big from a European point of view. Breakfast has a mixture of sweet and savoury foods. We also used the laundry room that has self service. The check out went smoothly with the help of Amy, Emma and Huang.

The Hotel enjoys an excellent location and even better staff, a book I forgot in the room, surprisingly received from express delivery when I was in another city the next day!! Responsible and reliable staff.

My flight arrive around 2am. First time First time to Xian. Called hotel responded by sending a van tonpick. Checking in was quick. The room was clean, welcoming. All amenities in working condition except the hotel phone. So have to go downstairs to book van trip. Enquiries. Quite inconvenient. Breakfast is local food. No bread, coffee . Overall experience is good.

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect ”exit” hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel service is very good, and the free pick-up and drop-off service is great. I was picked up as soon as I came out of the airport. I was sent to the airport on the hour in the morning and a simple breakfast was provided (the room I booked did not come with breakfast)! The hotel service is also very good. Zhenzhen’s service attitude is very good, her explanations are very clear, and she also provides homemade drinks when you arrive at the hotel! like! ! 24-hour free airport pick-up and drop-off: good service!

Amazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage. In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful. Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more. Highly recommend.

The plane was delayed and landed at 4 am. I communicated with the pick-up service the day before. The front desk had a sweet voice and the communication was very effective. The master arrived with the luggage. The pick-up master drove very professionally. The service was still online at midnight, which was very good! After arriving at the store, Wang Qian, the front desk, was efficient, gentle and elegant, with high professional quality, which made people relieve the fatigue of the journey. The room was super clean, with standard configuration and a full sense of atmosphere of lighting! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is more exquisite and can basically meet all tastes! Don't hesitate. This is the first choice near the airport. It can meet the expected requirements in all aspects. It is highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location! Close to Wanda Plaza and Yonghui Supermarket. Easy to find, convenient for shopping and eating. The room is quiet. I traveled with my son and stayed in a family room with two beds, one large and one small. It was very good! The hygiene was good! The service was good! The breakfast was good! Very cost-effective! Recommended!

The room is very new and clean. I like staying at the All Seasons every time. The breakfast is also very good. The restaurant on the top floor overlooks the Xianyang Lake Scenic Area. Next door is an open stadium with no fences, so you can exercise freely. Service: Warm and generous, and gave the children bamboo dragonfly sunglasses and stickers when we left the hotel. The location is very good, you can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are many food places around, open 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat at night. As for hygiene, it is not convenient to use water on the mountain, and it is definitely impossible to change it every day. People with mysophobia are advised to bring disposable sheets and quilts. However, any dissatisfaction with the accommodation conditions will disappear when you see the beautiful scenery. I will stay at Dongfeng Hotel next time I come to Huashan.

It was a very pleasant trip. The owner of the store was very enthusiastic and personally reminded us that the hotel facilities are very complete, and there are charging piles. The hotel is very clean, sanitary, elegant, and the service is in place. The owner also personally ordered meals for us, and the meals tasted very good. Although there were not many varieties of breakfast, the taste was very good.

We loved our stay here and would give it a 6/5 if possible. The owner was very friendly and really helpful with our Huashan hiking. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, especially the very cozy bed. Thank you for everything!!

Booked online, encountered a small episode when I arrived. The agreed pick-up made me wait for dozens of minutes, but the waiter's attitude was very sincere, helped to upgrade the customer service and apologized to solve the problem. Overall, it was okay, but the road construction in this area was a bit noisy, and the service attitude was good🤗

I am a foreign guest and they are able to register me. Stayed one night in a Double bedroom with toilet. The room is clean and toilet is well equipped with good shampoo and shower gel. The hot water works fine in evening but there was no hot water in the morning. Some room located facing main road so if light sleeper it could be noisy but I was OK. Plenty of restaurants next door and a convenient store too. Bus to train station passes in front of hotel or ulyou can book a private car from hotel for RMB20.

Convenient location, easy parking, and thoughtful service. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached in a short drive. The house is clean and tidy, and you can have a good rest and recover from the fatigue brought by the journey. Novotel Huashan is the right choice!

It's okay to pay more than 100 for a bed, very cost-effective, and a good night's sleep. It’s just that the price of this single room is too expensive. The price of 1,000 is just for a room, which only has an air conditioner, a TV, and no separate bathroom. It is a good deal for a multi-person bed with more than 100 beds per person. If you spend more than 1,000 to live in a single room alone, it is not worth it. ,

This is a very basic hostel type accommodation with very few amenities but in a location that is hard to beat. Right next to the west peak in the same building as a temple with the trail going right through the building (under the reception/restaurant). The pictures are taken at sunset from the peak about 3 minutes from the hostel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hostel shares the public toilets in the building complex. If you are ok with very basic accommodations but are looking for location, this could be for you.

I found this hotel chain when I was choosing a hotel and booked a night there. After arriving, I found that the hotel equipment is very new, and the rooms also have many intelligent equipment, including laundry rooms and gyms. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the service is very considerate, the hygiene is very good, travel is very convenient, and the price/performance ratio is very good. It's also very high and a very nice hotel.
