Bundhaya Resort is conveniently located close to the jetty, right in front of the beach, just 5-minute walk to Koh Lipe's Walking Street. I love the overall ambience and really like the room's interior. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming drink while checking in. The staff were also helpful, assisting with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast offered is similar to other hotels, but for Muslim guests, it's important to ensure which is the halal food. Please note that an iron is not provided, and there is no designated ironing area.

Hygiene: Clean, you can ask for cleaning Facilities: Old hotel, facilities are backward. The main problem is that the wifi doesn't work, and the front desk didn't fix it after communicating with it Service: Poor, I mentioned the wifi problem before. As for the front desk, they promised to do whatever I asked, but didn't do it. For example, when I asked for a conditioner, they said they agreed to give it to me, but in the end, there was no response. They said they would deliver the luggage, and they did, but they didn't say that the luggage needed to be checked, so the luggage didn't arrive at the destination with the people.

Resort is nice and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast is good too with choices of many foods. We are really enjoyed during our stay at the resort. Definitely will return back to this resort if we come to Satun 👍🏼🥰

One unique aspect of the accommodation was the outdoor bathroom, which, although unconventional, added to the rustic charm of the villa. However, it's worth noting that the tropical climate might not suit everyone, particularly those wary of encountering local critters. Regrettably, the beds proved to be a minor discomfort, reminiscent of traditional Asian sleeping arrangements with their firm wooden plank mattress and concrete-like pillows. For some, this may pose a challenge to achieving a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, unfortunately nobody cleaned the room adequately, which was either laziness or lack of staff. Yet, the hotel's pièce de résistance undoubtedly lies in its pristine beachfront. With inviting lounges and well-maintained beach chairs, it offers the perfect spot to bask in the sun or explore the crystal-clear waters through snorkeling adventures. The breakfast buffet served each morning exceeded expectations, boasting an extensive array of delectable dishes spanning Thai, Chinese, and Western cuisines. The abundance of fresh fruits added a refreshing touch, ensuring a delightful start to each day. In conclusion, while the allure of the hotel's grounds, exceptional service, and picturesque beachfront are undeniable, the comfort of the beds leaves something to be desired. What a beautiful resort this is. Wonderful stay here in a sea view jacuzzi suite room. Room is big and beautiful. Thank you to the staff for beautifying the room with our request. The resort has 2 swimming pools. 1 of the inner shared among the pool access rooms while the other is infront of the beach bar. They also provide massage services right by the lobby area. Very relaxing throughout the entire stay. They also have a 1 for 1 cocktail promotion from 4-8pm daily. Breakfast is a wide spread of different food. From chicken rice to salads to self-make panini and even thai roti. Loved it. Walking street is located just next to the resort. Great convenience. Will return to this resort again if visiting Koh Lipe.

I really liked the hotel, although we took it without really choosing, we needed it quickly, as a result of the meeting from the port and brought to the hotel, beach towels every day, cleaning too, they renew both water and tea with coffee, there are umbrellas in the room that came in handy, this is how it should be, but our friends who chose the hotel in advance were disappointed in their own way, they washed the floors themselves, begged for toilet paper. The location of the hotel is just perfect.

The rooms are not isolated well enough which led to insects and wild life making its way inside and us chasing it away. The safe broke down 2 days before our departure, so it was a hassle to wait for someone to open it, and it was not fixed the next day, so we had to carry valuables with us which was inconvenient.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you don't want seafront. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach if you want to watch the sunrise and five minutes away from Walking Street. The rooms are a generous size and cleaned every day. The place is clean and tidy and staff are always on hand to help with your every need. The pool is cleaned every morning and no restrictions on when you can use it is a plus for me, as I'm up at 6.00 a.m. and can swim for an hour before breakfast. The breakfast itself is simple but adequate - we went at low season so this maybe different at other times. To finish on a positive note there is a pick-up and drop-off service to from and to the ferry terminal - we called it our own Executive Transfer. I booked this hotel because the 3pm boat to Ko Lipe was no longer in service since Covid-19 hit Thailand and my family and I were stuck on the main land. It was a clean hotel with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay and not too far rom the pier we were catching a boat from the next day.

Everything was good at this resort...we stayed in a family room that can accommodate up to 5 adult..their housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. During our stay, we had an electrical issue due to heavy rain,but the staff took the initiative to inform the room by room. The surrounding views were very beautiful.

Quite lot mosquitoes actually. Other than that still ok. Nth much to do this pak bara. Just for nite stay

Nice hotel, good atmosphere, clean rooms, cool air, delicious breakfast, with a variety of choices. The hotel is located near Mu Ko Petra National Park.

The accommodation is clean, peaceful, very pleasant, the owner and villa staff are kind, good service.
