Positives: - maybe new? The inside looks good! - very welcoming - easy access - easy parking - quite nice view from window or back in the pool area What could be improved: - could upgrade the windows so it would be noise free. It’s key to good night sleep.

Incredibly comfortable, definitely the right choice! It's very close to the beach, and there are plenty of stray cats around. Nights out were very relaxing, and coming back to the hotel felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. I'm definitely making this Ritz-Carlton my go-to spot for future stays.

It's very clean. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets are a bit far, about 1 kilometer away, but it feels like a popular hotel in the area. During my two-day stay, a large local company held a meeting there, so I ran into a lot of people in white robes, which was a great way to spend some free time chatting. There's a rooftop pool and a nice gym.

Hotel was great location for the family. Close to the beach and hotel also had a swimming pool for kids.

Second time staying here, the location is very good, mainly close to Chinese restaurants, a five-minute walk. Everything is good, but there is construction outside the window. A large car came at two in the morning, making a huge noise and affecting my sleep. I hope this won't happen again next time.

It was my first time at ibis the hotel was really comfortable the breakfast was nice but room was little pit small

The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!
