The room was spacious and clean. Great smell too and the bed was super comfortable that I even checked what kind of mattress they’re using. Definitely will purchase that mattress after this. Hotel’s staffs were friendly and accommodating too. Swimming pools were big and the dinosaur water park was a great addition to the hotel even though we have to pay separately. The payment process was fast, no cash accepted but no issues. Hope they will consider selling Halal-certified foods near the pools because kids do get hungry often especially after playing too much water. At the moment, it’s No Pork No Lard concept. So, best to bring your own foods like bread etc. And one more thing, the hotel is connected with a mall so it’s very convenient to buy anything that you forgot to bring. The in-room dining service was great too, very affordable but hope they will consider providing the service during early morning too around 6 am instead of 9 am especially for those who didn’t buy the meals included package.

I expected the hotel price to match its distance from popular malls when I booked it. It is fairly close to the Mount Austin area. However, what I didn’t realise was that it’s located right beside a very busy main road that’s often jammed, so travelling even short distances can take quite a long time. There’s absolutely nothing much around the hotel itself, so you’ll need to drive or take Grab to get anywhere. Free parking is provided, which is a plus. Do note that the road can get noisy. I was staying in a room facing the road, and while trying to sleep, I could occasionally hear loud vehicles passing by. The room itself was clean and adequate, but one of my friends staying in another room mentioned that there was an unpleasant smell on the pillow in their room.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I really liked the shower head — it’s powerful, just like getting a massage while showering! Breakfast was excellent and so filling that I couldn’t eat another bite. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I’ll definitely book here again if I come back.

Highly recommended, especially if your priorities are convenience and a clean, comfortable environment. Its prime location directly opposite key shopping malls and near the CIQ makes it an ideal base for shopping trips or short cross-border stays. Nice Gym👍 Breakfast - very fulfilling 😋 Only 2 things to feedback. 1. Water heater temperature not hot enough😅 2. Can smell cigarette, probably the previous guests smoked in the toilet😡😤

Overall experience was good. Quiet ambience. A very convenient location as we took a direct bus from Boon Lay to Aeon Mall and the hotel was just a 5 mins walk. Besides Aeon Mall, there also various eateries within walking distance. Our family would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pool is clean and big. There's a playground and fitness area for seniors too. However, amenities is a little lacking (no tissue box, sanitary plastic, cotton bud). Also alittle confusing for first time check in, but pdf instructions given is detailed. Another unhappy occurrence was during check out. Informed staff will check out late at 12pm, acknowledged. But staff kept reminding to check out on time repeatedly, even at 1157am. Feels like they can't wait for us to leave. Overall, will still consider to stay again.

We had a very memorable stay at the Double Tree over the past few days. Everything was smooth and the hotel lobby was grander than we had expected. It is also very nicely in theme for Christmas. I must commend staffs from the Makan Kitchen for being so generous and friendly. Special mention goes to chef Zul and also especially Ain. Her warmth and thoughtfulness really made our evening memorable and pleasant. From the dining hall too was the manager Fizah. She had gone out of her way to entertain us and made sure we were well taken care of. Wonderful team. Thank you.
