Smell strong cigarettes smoking upon open the door. Mixed with the fragrant of the room was super overwhelming and cause nauseous. Thought could be really the smell of the fragrant they use but when i entered the toliet. Smell of ppl smoking inside before… with my 2 kids, I request for change of room which was given. But the hassle of expecting to rest when checking but then end up with need to make a trip down to reception to change room not pleasant for me. Troublesome.. hotel all are good but RM200 to fine smokers who smoke inside the room is too small as most SG and MY can afford. Should increase the fine to $3000…. Don’t worry.. smokers are rich people since they are afford to buy cigarettes to smoke their life away..

Popped over to Johor for an impromptu trip and ended up staying at KSL Hot Spring Resort. Overall, a very positive experience. • Cleanliness & Room: I’d rate the hygiene at 88% and above. The room was well-maintained, smelled fresh, and felt ”good enough” for a comfortable stay (not for view). Definitely worth the price paid. • Location: This hotel is best suited for those traveling by car. It is tucked away in a quieter spot, but very convenient to get to Tebrau and Mount Austin (lots of food and cafes nearby!). • Parking: A big plus for road trippers—parking lot is free for hotel guests. • 24hr front desk Service: The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. If you have your own transport and want a clean, quiet, high-value place to stay near the Mount Austin/AEON Tebrau area, this is a solid choice. Will definitely consider coming back.

Check -in and check out service was good and fast. Old hotel but well maintained. Room was clean with bathtub 🛁. Nice city view from room window. Breakfast was good and Christmas decorations was nice. Gym facility was good too!

Around the hotel have a few restaurants. Is just a 3 mins walk. Hotel has internal swimming pool. There’s also a mini mart and body massage shop. Take a 25 mins walk can reach KSL shopping mall.

Highly recommended, especially if your priorities are convenience and a clean, comfortable environment. Its prime location directly opposite key shopping malls and near the CIQ makes it an ideal base for shopping trips or short cross-border stays. Nice Gym👍 Breakfast - very fulfilling 😋 Only 2 things to feedback. 1. Water heater temperature not hot enough😅 2. Can smell cigarette, probably the previous guests smoked in the toilet😡😤

Convenient location to Aeon Mall & Green Oasis massage place. Front desk staff responded immediately to get technician in checking hot water for shower. Shower head needs to be changed. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pool is clean and big. There's a playground and fitness area for seniors too. However, amenities is a little lacking (no tissue box, sanitary plastic, cotton bud). Also alittle confusing for first time check in, but pdf instructions given is detailed. Another unhappy occurrence was during check out. Informed staff will check out late at 12pm, acknowledged. But staff kept reminding to check out on time repeatedly, even at 1157am. Feels like they can't wait for us to leave. Overall, will still consider to stay again.

We had a very memorable stay at the Double Tree over the past few days. Everything was smooth and the hotel lobby was grander than we had expected. It is also very nicely in theme for Christmas. I must commend staffs from the Makan Kitchen for being so generous and friendly. Special mention goes to chef Zul and also especially Ain. Her warmth and thoughtfulness really made our evening memorable and pleasant. From the dining hall too was the manager Fizah. She had gone out of her way to entertain us and made sure we were well taken care of. Wonderful team. Thank you.
