The hotel is OK. It's not very big but the room is clean and nice. The bathroom is a little small but it doesn't matter. I like it very much. The location is also good.

The standard room is very old. I think it needs to be refurbished. The breakfast is too messy, can't think of it as a continental breakfast

My room was VERY small!! I booked a single. That room had a single bed put directly next to a wall. I did not like the front office staff they were not professional hotel people and kind of arrogant!!!Breakfast was pretty good but greasy. Asked for ice and they gave me a dirty look but I did get my ice. Pool worked but it was kind of grungy. I wasz very happy to get a balcony however. I would not stay there again!

The hotel is ideally located in the old town and within easy walking distance of all the attractions of the Old Town. The hotel is transformed from a local old building. The decoration style is romantic and warm. The service is also in line with the five-star hotel standard. The breakfast is relatively simple.

The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. Good location, right next to the church. Ordered it because it is a chain hotel and chose a balcony room for two nights. It is the best and most expensive hotel in the local Vilnius. Room facilities are ok, but not comparable to domestic Kempinski. This should be one of the best hotels in Vilnius. There are many luxury cars parked in the yard, but I feel it is just at the level of three stars in Beijing. The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it.
