從抵達到退房，我對一切都很滿意。由其是服務，所有員工都有良好的工作態度，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 進入房間，琵琶湖就在眼前，心情舒暢。房間乾淨、寬敞，並且有足夠的設施。有洗面乳、乳液、乳液、浴巾、面膜等，室內穿著舒適，可以在晚餐或洗澡時穿著。冰箱裡的水很充足，每層樓都有飲水機。 期待頂樓的休息室，我們一邊欣賞琵琶湖的美景，一邊享用迎賓甜點、藍莓派和飲料，度過了輕鬆的時光。飲料包括酒精、咖啡、茶、橙汁，除了飲料之外還有爆米花及堅果。 一樓的公共浴場的水溫恰到好處，一邊眺望眼前的琵琶湖一邊放鬆身心。還有桑拿浴室。公共浴室提供毛巾也很好。洗完澡後，我們喝了醋梅黑豆茶。 晚餐也很棒。尤其是近江牛和近江米的美味給我留下了深刻的印象。這也是我第一次品嚐烤茄子濃湯。 自助早餐無論是品質還是數量都非常好。 炒近江牛肉和大津菠菜、甜肉和馬鈴薯與近江米飯很相配。新鮮蔬菜、鹽曲和蔬菜醬也不錯。 我非常喜歡新鮮出爐的法式吐司，所以我又點了一份。甜點有布丁、鬆餅和餅乾等烘焙食品。飲料包括冰沙和豆奶。 退房時工作人員幫我搬運了行李，並禮貌地與我告別。 這真是幸福的兩天。我想再次訪問。

I couldn't speak Japanese but I could feel that they are treating every customer seriously. Their greetings and sincere services impressed me. There was a problem with my booking initially, not sure why because I didn't get proper explanation from the hotel and Trip.com, the hotel didn't mention anything however arranged some small surprise when they knew this is an anniversary trip. I tried to upgrade my meal with crab as my wife not quite like beef and fish, they said unavailable so I keep to the original. At the end I got crab, fish and beef that surprises me. I was later received a souvenir from the hotel when they served the dessert. The hotel is busy but I'm not seeing lots of people, may be all of them staying at their rooms. The experience for me was exceptional when I woke up at 6am witness the beautiful sunrise right outside the huge window, and saw an eagle passing by my camera when trying to capture that moment. Later on when I take the free shuttle bus ride to the nearby train station, I saw an eagle again came down and climbed up outside the station. Not sure it means anything, but definitely this is a very spiritual journey for me.

This hotel was recommended by my Japanese friend in Shiga. It has a great location and can be seen from Omihachiman Station. The key is the sunrise in the morning 🌅 It is extremely beautiful! I will choose this hotel next time~

The hotel is in a good location, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station. It is close to Hikone Castle and is very convenient for visiting. The staff are polite, professional, and willing to help guests. Not every employee can communicate in English, but simple communication is no problem. Although the hotel lobby looks luxurious, the rooms and bedding are really not good. It feels a bit old-fashioned. I had dinner at the hotel in the evening, and the Japanese dinner experience was good. However, I ate it for three days, and the tone was relatively monotonous. By the way, the breakfast was still good, and I was very satisfied.

The hotel is located by the lake. When you enjoy breakfast, you can enjoy the lake view while eating breakfast. There are not many types of breakfast, but the quality of the food is good, the size of the room is small, the hotel is located close to different attractions, 10 minutes convenient! Staff is kind!

The breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days.

🇯🇵Taiko Onsen Hamokozuki Ryokan in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. This is a hotel with only eight rooms in a guest room design with a high-end open-air hot spring bath. It is highly recommended. Dinner is a kaiseki course made with seasonal ingredients. A kaiseki course made with local ingredients such as sea urchin okra, carp sushi, Nagahama's specialty grilled mackerel, and Omi beef shabu-shabu hotpot. I really like this house~ The design and decoration of the house is very Japanese and fashionable. There are many things. It may look messy, but those who choose to live here should not care too much about it. After all, it’s here. For these messy hand-made decorations~! In the room and in the small cafe below, most of them are made by One Piece. The workmanship is exquisite and the styles are many. When the decoration is suitable. On the first night of staying, I didn’t go out to play. It took a long time to take pictures in the house to see the figures. Ahaha~ quite satisfied~!
