Most definitely a 5* stay. Very clean hotel with amazing facilities. Of course you are booking due to being a car fanatic - you will not be disappointed.
Every part of the hotel is designed around vehicles and is very well thought out.
They have a shinjuku expressway bus that comes right outside the hotel to shinjuku which is very handy if you have travelled via public transport.
Views from the hotel are amazing. Gym is open 24 hours which is was great.
Everything felt new. Interior design was very classy and modern.
Excellent stay, regretted not getting a room with mt fuji view. You can see the entire fuji san with city view in foreground on clear day, very impressive. Go early for breakfast if you want to get the best seats just by the glass. Room is clean and well appointed. Staff are helpful at check in. The lawn is amazing with a view to die for. It was chilly and super windy when we went on 16 March.
Hotel location is good, walking distance to outlet. Room size is good, comfortable and clean. Have a nice view of Mount Fuji. The onset is good after a tiring day shopping.
The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient to see the sea view. The room is clean and tidy, and the snacks are delicious. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel station. Because I didn't book dinner in advance, I had dinner near the station. Overall, it was quite convenient. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again.
In summary, I quite enjoy staying in this hotel. If it’s going to renovate, it would be much much better.
The hotel is located near the sea side, allowing it has a spectacular sea view. But it’s not convenient for people going from station to the hotel on foot. I had a baby and two pieces of big luggage. Exhausted when I got to the hotel. What’s more, I need to climb down 10+ steps to get to use the elevator.
The room seating is good if the condition is 20years newer. The combination of Japanese and western style is my cup of tea. But I have to admit that the onsen is good.if it can be operated longer, it would be better.
The highlight of the hotel is its breakfast. I didn’t expect much. But it ended up suprise me. Food choice was great, environment was great and the food was great!
First of all, I like to give a credit to 2 lady staff in this hotel. The first one is the lady who can speak fluent English, she tried very best to answer us and helped us to carry the baggage to the shuttle bus. The other lady staff in the front desk on 15/3 night going to my room to fix room facilities and helped me to out the luggage to the shuttle bus on 16/3 too.
The hotel in general all staff are nice and helpful. If you like to see sunrise, you better remarked it when you did the booking or ask the check in staff when arrival. The French restaurant is delicious. Public Onsen provided in a convenient time slot. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only recommend the hotel can include breakfast or snack in the room charge.
The hotel is great and room is big for our family of 3 adults. All the facilities are good and the food is good (both dinner and breakfast). The only compliant that I have is that the in room onsan does not work. The temperature wasn't hot enough the first night. When we wanted to try in the morning, the water is even cooler. The front desk agreed to have it checked, but at the time we check out at 10 a.m. it is still not hot enough. In all, we have been chraged for the in room onsan which does not really work.
The hotel has a good location, less than ten minutes' walk from Izu Atagawa Railway Station. It provides pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked one day in advance. The service is super good. I remember that the front desk staff is called Asami, who can understand a little English. From the beginning of check-in, he will carefully introduce every detail that will be encountered in the hotel. Every staff member I met later is super enthusiastic, including the male staff who sent us to the railway station (forgot to see his name), whose English is not bad. You can feel that this country has taken service to the extreme! The room is very spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the functional design is reasonable, and the sea view is unique. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool listens to the sound of the sea and relaxes to get rid of the fatigue of a day's travel~ The swimming pool downstairs is heated, and many people play in it, and you can drink a free drink~ The booked one meal and two nights is still very convenient in Izu Atagawa, and the taste is really delicious. I stayed for two nights and was reluctant to leave. I recommend everyone to stay here in Izu~
It was pretty good!
However, there is a mountain road to go here at night, so it is okay if you pay attention to it.
Some of them made me feel old because I was renovating the old building a little.
The current situation is that there are few routes on the Tokai bus
It is quite close if you get off at Shinmachi station!
This time, I stayed with my grandchildren. We brought our own food and were able to relax. We enjoyed ourselves until just before we checked out. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the mountains near Shuzenji Temple. We originally booked this hotel expecting a beautiful view, but the waiter actually gave us a room facing the staff entrance. Not only did we not have a window view, but as soon as we opened the curtains, we could see the staff coming in and out and the garbage trucks, which really affected our mood. The hygiene in the hot spring dressing room was also worrying. The wall near the exhaust fan was obviously dusty and dirty. The hygiene of this hotel was not very good. 😑 There was hair left by someone on the bedside in the room. Sigh😑, I have to give a bad review.

PPoodleKittyThe hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together.
You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)

AAnonymous UserWe were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay.
The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay.
The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving.
For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.
YyuhutianThe B&B is on a mountain, quite far away from the seaside. Because it’s up the mountain, it’s quite tiring to go up there. The sanitation and facilities of the B&B are quite satisfactory and quite acceptable. It will be a little more expensive when there is a fireworks display. Although the rule of the B&B is that you cannot smoke anywhere in the B&B, some guests still smoke in the room unconsciously. Because it is a wooden house, the smell of smoke will spread everywhere. When I finally checked out, because there had just been an earthquake in the morning, I couldn't go past the 10 o'clock check-out time for even one minute. I couldn't even sit in the living room for a while and drink some water before leaving. The attitude of the service staff (Chinese) seemed a bit like they were rushing. The way people walked was very unpleasant. I have stayed in so many Japanese hotels and B&Bs and I have never experienced anything like this.
