Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area.
If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully.
For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help.
The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

The location is good and the cleanliness is good. The staff there are also service oriented. The hotel have a lounger where u can rest and have coffee while you wait for your transport or room.
I drove there and the staff will help to park the car for you. Note there are additional codt of 1500yen for parking at their location.
The room have basic amenities and if you need more you can go down to the lobby to get more

Newly opened hotel with high cost performance, on Guyuli Island, half an hour drive from the beautiful aquarium, the hotel lobby can see the beautiful scenery of the glass Haigu Yuli Bridge, the room is large, the room has a mini kitchen, you can cook by yourself, there is a washing machine drying one is particularly clean, The service was also very good. It rained lightly when we arrived. The front desk lady also used a towel to help us dry the suitcase. 👍 The courtyard room on the first floor with children can also see the sea on the balcony and bathroom. I will go to ❤️ next time.

I like it so much that there are almost no shortcomings. It is located near the main Kokusai-dori and you can reach the hotel in 15 minutes by taxi. The environment downstairs is also very good, and it is very quiet without the crowds of tourists. The soundproof glass is very good. You can hardly hear the sound of cars on the road. The things used by this company are very high-end. The bath is given a full set of L'Occitane, and the skin care products are all prepared for you, including a small DHC bag. As for the hot spring, I especially like that there are not too many people, both indoors and outdoors. They also provide clothes for going to the hot spring, which is very considerate.
Facilities: Complete
Hygiene: Very clean
Service: Friendly and patient

Location: On the outskirts of Naha city - 15 mins by car from both the airport (traffic permitting) and city centre. Also within the red light district so not recommended to venture out on foot at night (see picture)
Parking: Hotel has limited parking within premises for 1,500yen per day (but unlimited driving in and out of car park), and needs to reserve at the hotel at 11am each day (so if you arrive at night you'll at least have to sort out the first night yourself). There are small car parks dotted around the area but firstly, the car parks are small so no guarantee of spaces and secondly, the car parks are located amongst various love hotels. The best we found (in terms of location and safety) is one at Costa Village ESPANA which is 5 minutes on foot from the hotel (500yen overnight and 700yen day park) (see picture)
Room: Very small (i.e. standard Japanese semi-doubles), but the bathroom is spacious with onsen facilities
Breakfast: A very good spread including local dishes, 1,900yen per person (kids eat for free) (see pictures)
Facilities: Swimming pools on 2/F (free) and rooftop with bar (paid, so havent tried). Onsen on 2/F also opens till late, with both indoor and outdoor onsen, and quite packed
Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained.
Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms.
But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car.
First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000.
Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers.
Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world !
It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm.
Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night .
Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists-
All the TV channels are in Japanese.
Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices.
In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.
A hideaway hotel in kinbu Cho.
Asahi is very beautiful on the coast in front of you.
Style and simple interior, bed is good sleep in Simmons!
Above all, the hot spring bath with sauna is the best.
A famous Okinawa restaurant that is worth coming to eat at the restaurant Alo Edesse.
I don't want to be known to you.

GGuest UserVery enjoyable stay during the colder month in Okinawa although we could not really make use of the swimming facility outside the hotel due to this season. But the overall experience was very pleasant with the free mini bar my kid enjoyed every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We stayed on an upper floor which was quiet. The extra money is well spent. The room had enough space for 3 beds. I may come in Autumn again and will definitely consider booking this hotel again.
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha in Okinawa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel decoration is a little old, but it is very clean and gives people a very comfortable feeling! The public facilities are comparable to 5 stars, and the restaurant, swimming pool, beach, and rest area are all great; the hotel has a particularly strong natural atmosphere, and the dense vegetation is the result of years of maintenance; there are two indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the hotel, and the white sand beach has fine sand. The only ”regret” is that it has been calm and there are no waves these days. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast included in the hotel can be replaced with a buffet lunch, and snow crabs can be eaten to your heart's content. Children under 5 years old are free, and you can directly use the ”meal ticket” to eat in the morning or at noon. In terms of transportation, the airport's LIM-C or LIM-CD can reach the hotel entrance, which is convenient for back and forth, and you need to buy a ticket. As for the shortcomings mentioned in some reviews, such as the curtains not blocking light, low water pressure, etc., the problems do exist but are acceptable. I wake up naturally at 8 am Japan time and 7 am Beijing time every day. The only thing worth noting is that the air conditioning in the room is very cold, and those who are afraid of cold need to pay attention. One of the very good experiences so far is worth writing so many words!

GGuest UserWe brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good.
The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to.
I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha.
Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.
GGuest UserGood location ; near train station near airport .
Big DonDonki shopping store nearby too .
2 convenience stores nearby and a supermarket about 650 Km walk away .
Opposite is a nice park to walk about.
Room is clean ; there is a car rental (Gulliver) counter just at the lobby for you to pick up car too .
Highly recommended as everything is accessible for me .
DDaniel YI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Koroda, who assisted us with check-in—best service ever!
The room was beautiful, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made our stay even more relaxing. The onsen was clean and comfortable, providing a truly refreshing experience. And don’t miss the breakfast—it’s delicious and definitely worth the money paid.
Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again!
Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!
MMicYAmazing resort hotel. I stayed there for three nights and i am so glad that I have chosen it for my first time visit to Okinawa. I really love the swimming pool and the private beach of the hotel. Their infinity pool even is filled with sea water!
Breakfast is also awesome. I like the great amount of vegetables options. I hope they can offer more variety of protein such as chicken dish. There is no freshly made juice which is also a letdown.
The room is perfect in all areas. Bedding super comfortable and the air con is quiet. I think the ventilation of the bathroom is the only issue.
