New fantastic hotel! It's a hotel but has a very nice muji-esque feel. It's very clean and has a nice public bath area. Check in was easy especially with the help of the staff who are proficient in English. Also, there was a welcome snack that went very well with the nice tea provided in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Based on reviews, I thought it would be the same for two days (which I had problem with) but both days had different breakfast and they were scrumptious. If I'm in Kanazawa again, I won't hesitate to rebook.

Fantastic location near to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen. Good breakfast and snacks and drinks throughout the day. Public parking only available outside of hotel chargeable at 1200yen. Will come back again

It is not my first time to visit the Dormy Inn chain with the onsen available in every hotel. As always, the room is spacious and clean, and the onsen has both indoor and outdoor bath. It is within 2 minutes walk from Kanazawa station with easy access. There are numerous washing machines (free of charge!) and dryers available, so you don’t have to queue for washing machines if you had a long trip and need your clothes to be washed. There is a wall of manga outside the onsen and washing area for killing time. I will definitely continue to choose Dormy Inn if available.

The hotel environment is relatively large for a hot spring hotel, and some free activities and snacks are provided. However, the hotel booked through the website was relatively small, so I ended up paying extra to upgrade the hotel room. In addition, the online reservation stated that it included dinner and breakfast, but it did not give us any dinner options. When we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that our order stated that we had a steak set, not a crab set, and we could not change it even if we added money on site. , a little disappointed...the hotel's hot springs are great, and you can choose a yukata, and the food is actually pretty good. There is also all-you-can-drink sake for breakfast, which is a bit of a surprise.

This hotel is a good choice. It is located in a downtown area, with convenient living facilities around it. The space is comfortable enough, the breakfast options are diverse, the price is reasonable, and the cost-effectiveness is very high. I will stay longer next time.

A couple of minutes walk from Kanazawa station, with a lot of eating and shopping choices around. The check in lobby is at level 1, check in time is around 2pm. The room is clean with the necessary amenities like cleaning gel, toothbrush, kettle and many more. Self-service coin laundry is available at level 4, 8 and 12, inside the room had microwave and ice making machine too.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was as comfortable as going home. The hot spring water is clean, the water temperature is moderate, and it is not crowded. It is just the day I walked for a day. I asked the front desk clerk to help cancel the appointment with the store in Japanese due to stomach problems, and she was happy to help. The first floor of the hotel is equipped with wine and other drinks for free at dusk every day, and there are many delicious snacks, praise! The room size is slightly smaller, but you can choose your own pillows. I will still consider this hotel when I go to Jinyu.

They Maybe they wanted to line me up together, so they gave me two triple rooms, but they didn't tell me when I checked in. They only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking us which room would accommodate two people. (This is not important at all. The hotel did not move the extra beds. Why do you ask me this?) The neighborhood is also very remote, so we might consider booking dinner, but the front desk didn’t explain it when we checked in. At first, we were asked if we wanted Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian, they told us that Italian only Can accommodate 2 people, Japanese style meal for 3 people. Later, I asked if we could eat together. Then she called again to confirm that we could have Japanese food together. (I guess it’s because the superior twin room can choose Italian meals, but the standard triple room cannot. It may be written on the hotel’s official website, but it is not clearly written on trip.com) This hotel is more of a leisure hotel. You can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., and you can also ride an electric bicycle to the lake for free. Judging from the dinner standards of a hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below par. The cleanliness of the room is okay, but there are hairs in almost every sink in the bathhouse, and the cleanliness needs to be improved. There is also a problem with the management of breakfast. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter didn't ask us for our room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask for the room number, so we went straight in to eat. There is no asking for the room number. This management method only applies to Japanese people. If you want to have breakfast, you can just walk in. No one knows whether the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Lagoon will be covered (the total floor is seventh floor, but it is assigned to the fourth floor, the difference is as in the photo), but if you look at the mountain view, it is about the same.

”An old five-star hotel next to Kanazawa Ancient Castle” The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to Kanazawa Castle Park, the largest park in Kanazawa. Kanazawa's public transportation is not very developed, and there are not many tram lines. It is more convenient to arrive at the hotel by taking the hotel's own shuttle bus. There are 5 buses starting from 10:50 a day, and the last bus is at 16:20. It costs about 1,000 yen to take a taxi. The distance is not far and it is not expensive. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's sense of history. The decoration is more Western-style and low-key and luxurious. The hotel has only 6 floors in total. We live on the executive floor on the 6th floor, and we are given a drink and breakfast for each person in the afternoon. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, which is a typical Japanese service. On rainy days, someone will send and collect umbrellas. The English level is acceptable and can communicate basically. There is a public hot spring on the first floor of the hotel. The male pool is not large and can accommodate several people, but fortunately there don't seem to be many people. This hotel does not exchange male and female baths, so you can only experience one.

Yamashiro Onsen, the hot spring fruit is really extraordinary, the whole body is super smooth after soaking in it~ In addition to the hot spring facilities in the room, the hotel also has two large baths, each with an open-air hot spring, which is very comfortable~ Maybe because it is before the Japanese New Year, there are not many people , the employee said that Japan started to have consecutive holidays in a few days, and it was full every day. The hotel has its own corner, and the environment really has a garden style. The air is very fresh after the rain, which makes people relax. The only drawback is that the taste of the food is average and not amazing. However, when I stayed for two days in a row, I was very considerate and provided a completely different breakfast. Dinner~
