Situated in the heart of Port Island, this hotel boasts fantastic views from its upper levels. It's conveniently located right next to the International Convention Center. Public transportation is a breeze with easy access to the light rail, and it's also very close to Kobe Airport. For travel to/from Kansai, the high-speed ferry provides the most convenient option. There's even a convenience store available within the building. The rooms are notably spacious, and the lobby feels quite luxurious. Despite being an older property, all the facilities and equipment are exceptionally well-maintained.

The hotel is right next to the Architectural wonders of Awaji and you can view them with the seaview as a background right from the balcony. The size of the room is also very comfortable. Would also like to recommend booking the breakfast buffet. We have tried two restaurants from the hotel and bought souvenirs from the shop and have nothing to complain about.
Very good Japanese-style hotel, newly renovated, the room bath is very new, the bed is very comfortable. Booked a one-night stay with two meals, dining in a separate small private room on the 1st floor, the room number is the same as the room number. When the JR station was approaching departure time, I found that I forgot to bring my backpack. After calling the hotel, the hotel immediately sent a car to deliver it, and we returned to Osaka on time. Special thanks~
The first floor is a hot spring facility, and guests were able to use it as many times as they wanted, which was very satisfying!
I wasn't able to use the manga this time, but I'd like to come back and use it again next time!
The breakfast was also delicious and very satisfying!
I felt it was a little far from the station, but I was grateful that there was a free shuttle bus!
I'll definitely use it again when I come to Himeji!

Very nice and cosy ryokan with beautiful interiors, perfect personnel service and onsen. Private bath was great. Also we liked bath with hot water on the balcony in a room. Good location in Arima.

The hotel service is very good, nothing to say. The food is top notch. The room faces the unparalleled sea view and you can see the sunrise. The only thing I can fault is that there are not enough plug-ins in the room. The room I stayed in only has one set of plug-ins. There is no Wi-Fi, and you don’t even have to pay for it.
The location is good, and the hot springs are all private rooms. The catering is good. If you stay in September, you can eat long-legged crabs. There are indeed a lot of stairs that are not suitable for people with weak legs and feet. The staff will help you move your luggage up and down. I checked out at 10 o'clock and wanted to store my luggage until 2 p.m., but they didn't agree. This surprised me. This was the first time I had encountered this after 16 visits to Japan. Next time I come to Kinosaki Onsen, I might consider looking elsewhere.
Very enjoyed living in this river! Excellent location, high level of service, very delicious dinner and breakfast. We were delighted with the public onsens, onsen inside the river too very much liked - it is great that there is an opportunity to come in the morning and warm before leaving.
The special advantage for us was that in the river it is allowed to live for guests with tattoos.
Thank you very much for your hospitality! In our next trip we will definitely stop here again 🤗
An excellent hotel with hotspring and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the hotspring with the sea view. I have seen the sunrise and sunset in the hotspring, it is very very remarkable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help you to set up tatami when you went for the dinner. Everything is so decent and wonderful. Highly recommend people to discover this hidden gem in Hyogo.

Amazing
GGuest UserReally a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile.
We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes.
Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room.
Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try.
If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you.
The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

AAntonioDiaz1999The hotel is a little dated, however the location is very convenient as it's near the station, but a little weird to get to the hotel as its lobby is on a higher floor, along with the staff was friendly.
GGuest UserI particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen complex; it felt exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the wide selection of toiletries, opting for the POLA brand myself. The entire facility was spotless, and soaking in the baths was incredibly relaxing. They even provided complimentary cold drinks, massage chairs, and Yakult. This hotel attracts many Japanese guests, which speaks to its quality. The location is also excellent, not far from Motomachi Station and conveniently situated right by the Nankinmachi (Chinatown) entrance. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Oh, and a special mention for the late-night noodles – they were genuinely delicious! My son even managed to eat two bowls in one sitting, which is high praise indeed! 😂
NNIKOLAIA very nice hotel. Our room was spacious enough for two people. The dinner was colorful and probably delicious, although it was difficult to appreciate due to our different taste preferences. The fish and steak were excellent. We only stayed at this place for one day, but it would take several days to fully experience and immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of this place.
PPiwatUpon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.
GGuest UserFirst off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the ”Portliner” a few stops.
No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked.
I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far).
Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna > cold tub cycles more than anything.
Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected.
Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great.
Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!

GGuest UserWow, this was our first time staying at a Dormy and we loved it. We've stayed at other business hotels, and Dormy has been the best this far. The roof top onsen was great, very clean with lots of personal care products to use. They offer free ice cream (popsicles after onsen 🤤) and ramen in the evening, and free yakult in the morning. The room size is economical, bit larger than other business hotels we stayed in.
Parking is not free, it's 1300 a night (if there's space). If it matters, the pajamas they provide are not visually appealing, though they are comfortable (a shirt and pants, both using synthetic sweat wicking (think athletic wear) fabrics).
NNote11thaiGreat location, just opposite to the Kobe station. We can walk from the station to the hotel by underground shopping walk. It's especially good during the rain that we don't have to get wet. Also there's a shopping complex and harbour land for those who come with kids. 2 super market and mall at the station.
10-15 minutes walk to Kobe tower or to overlook the Kobe port. 20 minutes or so to go to Taira no Kiyomori statue.
The room is a bit old, but big enough for us to open luggages. Bathroom has amenities which we don't need to ask for like other hotel. Overall I think it's worth money. If I have a chance, I will come and stay again.
