The hotel is relatively new, even better than other five-star hotels in the area. The service is good too. There's a convenience store right next door, and an Asian supermarket about a 7-8 minute walk away, which is quite friendly for Chinese guests as you can buy instant noodles there.
The hotel's reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
However, for a 4-star hotel, there are areas for improvement, such as the expensive tourist tax for two nights, which is €30, the wait time at the bar for someone to come and see you, the lack of bathrobes in the room when we arrived, which we had to ask for to use the spa, the small bathroom with the toilet inside, the lack of insulation; we could hear the showers running, and when we arrived, there was a pair of socks from the previous guests that hadn't been removed.
The hotel's classy area, very clean, in the room there is everything you need, there were even tea, tea, coffee and honey! Very cool hygiene, there is everything from soap for hands to makeup. The room is fresh. Staying in the hotel was very comfortable. Very soft towels! The only one, is far away, but it is more like even his plus, TK very quiet and no crowd of tourists. I recommend this hotel.
The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.
Lovely place, helpful staff and very clean environment. Free mini bar everyday as well. Though a bit far from the main city Center, there is a bus stop right by the hotel that connects you to the metro that goes into town. Generally a good experience. Would definitely stay here again.
my family had a perfect moment. The hotel was clean and the staff were really kind to us.
The interior was awesome (perfect for taking SNS photos)
while we were staying at the hotel, a local party was hosted. Fortunately, we were able to
experience the party. it was the best moment of our trip.
I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room has enough size for the two of us and the bathroom was fairly good. I have tried eating breakfast but I think it was a bit pricey. I love the location as it was quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who are planning to visit Rome. The room rate was fair.

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. Beautiful palace, reception lobby, Spa and bar. Big spacious room, stylish contemporary design. Friendly staff but room for improvement in terms of professionalism. Compliments to the Spa staff. Good value for money. Walking distance from Roma Termini train station.
The hotel is newly renovated, the deluxe room we booked was nicely designed. However, strangely the bathroom was somewhat left with the old design. Best about the hotel is the connecting bridge that leads directly to T1 & T3 of the airport, where we needed only 10 mins to walk to T1. We planned to stay here because we had an early morning flight, and we wanted to be at the airport 2.5 hours before flight time. We ended up being too early at the airport because the check in counters only opened 2 hours before flight time! 🤣 🤣 🤣
The stay at the Dharma Boutique Hotel and Spa exceeded all expectations. All of the staff were most attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay and travels were as trouble free as possible. The breakfast included wass great and the choice of dishes would satisfy anyone's preferences.
Very lovely! And very friendly and welcoming receptionist (I don’t know his name but he was great and checked me in quickly as I arrived quite late) helped me get my shuttle to the airport and get breakfast on time! Really appreciate. Room was nice. Only issue was the shower very powerful and hot but was flooding and entered the room small and wasn’t sure how to prevent that
The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling, big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful, very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum, should I add more ?
