Staying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.
There is no refrigerator and hair dryer. Even though it is a 4-star hotel. Everything else is okay. The room is spacious. It is more economical to be a hotel member, because the room and restaurant food are discounted quite a bit. The fried rice is delicious.
Oh yes, if you bring a car, it is better to go to the hotel before 10 pm. It seems that the hotel access road is closed if it is late at night. (You can confirm again with the hotel)

The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

Old 4 star hotel but with good excellent maintenance, bed-sofa-tv-furniture all well maintenance and still looks good. AC cold, hot water great. Have water drinking dispensers in every floor.
Breakfast with a lot of variations, 4 star standards never failed! With fresh grind coffee machine yumm!!!
Location just in front of transjakarta station! You can say less than 1 min walking distance 😁

Bugs on bed and on the table need serious deep cleaning! aircon is not helping in the room, and same thing in the lobby area, i understand the weather is bad, but maybe if you could check the aircons needed service or not, thankyou
The room is very clean and spacious, the view is directly to the golf island bridge. The location is very close to the hit spots in golf island and pik 2. The facilities are very complete. There is also PIK market in the area where there are very many delicious food. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay here.
Excellent stay & highly recommended
It’s truly felt like home, even away from home, the room smell so fresh and very clean, the host provided all amenities, sandal, laundry bag, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towel and very comfortable bed. Lucky, I got to see beautiful sky after raining from the balcony.
The fast internet, big TV to watch free netflix, Max, prime video and premium youtube.
Will come back again to stay for sure.

Very near to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Sudirman center offices, and Mega Kuningan business district. Private & safe environment, very easy to find. Sunrise and city night view from the room is amazing. But what I love most of the room is the whiskey bar 😆!

BBIN SAIMFirst stay here. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Broke my glasses earlier and they recommended me an express optics shop around the corner.
Room size was ok, not too big. Strong hot shower with a bidet. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too hard for me. Got a stiff neck the next morning. Swimming pool was big enough but more for the kids. Walking distance to sawah besar station and many food choice around. Will be back.
CCharmaineRoom was big and the location is very convenient with a huge mall beside it. The service was also very good and the staff made sure that all our requests are met to the best of their abilities. 10/10 would recommend for stay in Jakarta.

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.
SSarah0312It was a great stay! Location was good as I only had a day in Jakarta and wanted to visit the two malls which were walking distance from Pullman. Service was excellent and we had a comfy stay. Only comment would be the lightings in the corridors were rather dim and with the dark walls made the hallways very dimly lit. Other than that would highly recommend!
KKaykaylalaWe took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that.
MMichael FintanHad an Indonesian family gathering here -in the end I arrived one day early as my apartment in Jakarta electric issues -so stayed three nights with 3 more rooms Friday then 4 rooms Saturday including a 4 bedroom apartment. Its really nice we were on 36 floor mainly -Ricki and other receptionists just great -main point ALL my Indonesian friends loved it -all kitchen stuff worked well as I cooked was a quiet birthday party for 20 pax -overall very satisfied -we will be back.

No one greets the guests in the morning when they see them, and the shampoo in the room ran out, so I asked them to bring it back three times, but they did not bring it to the room. I asked them to look up something simple on the Internet, but they were very rude. The attitude of the staff who do not like to do their work, for example, are reluctant to have guests ask questions, was disgusting. If I ever go to this hotel again, it will be because of these staff members.
