Room was not clean. There were cobwebs everywhere, black mould by the windows and curtains as well as in the bathroom, there was thick dust on the walls, the bathtub drain was clogged and the towels provided had stains.
I didn't like the fragrance of the hand and body wash provided.
Breakfast was very good. The blossom restaurant is spacious with friendly staff.
Overall the hotel was is in a good location and has lovely views, however for the price the room was very basic.

However, we had dinner at the bistro at 7:45pm, though the staff were lovely, the food itself was very disappointing. I had a plant based burger and fries for £20 and can honestly say it was very poor. My partner ordered the tamarind pork, it wasn’t cooked throughout, appeared raw next to the bone and didn’t do his stomach any favours during the night, we did raise this and staff took this on board.
Despite this, I would absolutely book again but do feel the quality of the food does not anywhere near reflect the quality of the hotel and the warm service.
