The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either. I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

The location of the hotel is a bit away from the city. It takes about ten minutes to drive. There is no business around the hotel, and it is all other hotels. Free parking is available on the roadside around the hotel, which is great! The service of the hotel is also good, the front desk service is very smooth, want to be quiet and leisure, here is a good choice.

We were a little disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, we had to pay 20 Euros for a taxi to catch our flight departing at 6am as the hotel’s free airport shuttle doesn’t start until 5am. There are very few amenities near the hotel. We were also hoping to weigh our suitcases before checking out but the hotel has no sets of scales. In hindsight, we would have been better staying in the city for another night.

Was really impress with hotel. I am someone who is cautious and nervous being out of my home country. Truly one of the best hotels I stayed at while on my trip through Spain. Room was not completely cleaned, bedding had stains but the location is perfect it allows you to see more when going into the center of Madrid.

This is the BEST Edition I've stayed ever, from the moment I got off the taxi, the staff was so attentive, from checking in to going to my room, everything was seamless. Every staff you meet in the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the hotel is second to none and love the interior design in the hotel. Definitely will stay again

The location is good. I booked this hotel to watch the Real Madrid game. On the day of check-in, I met Sevilla players checking in. However, there were a lot of people that day and the lobby was a bit chaotic. The hotel parking fee is slightly high, 33 euros per night. The hotel breakfast is very good.

I booked a room for a client and I had already paid for it. The hotel front desk system did not find it. Fortunately, I arranged for staff to accompany the client to check in, otherwise it would have affected my client's experience. There was a problem with the account system of the international chain hotel. It is hard to understand.

A design hotel that suits your taste. Excellent location, rich breakfast. Opposite the hotel stands a statue of Cervantes and his family. It is very clever and feels like a swimming pool. After the bath, you can take a shower. It is clean and hygienic. The bathroom floor is slightly raised by the glass door. When showering, water will never seep out through the door gap, avoiding slipping on the floor outside the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and a coffee table. The bedroom door separates the bedroom from the bathroom and the tea room, which is relatively independent.

The Barceló Tower Hotel in Madrid is quiet in the bustling city and close to everything. It is 50 meters away from the avenue and the room is spacious. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is not very varied, but this is also a common problem of European hotels. The chef who makes omelettes in the open breakfast counter has a good skill, which brings a lot of comfort to the Chinese stomach. Carrefour, the Chinese Super League and Chinese restaurants are not far from the hotel. Recommended.
