Hotel facilities is very high quality and using robot to send things to you. Free laundry and good buffet breakfast. The hotel aircon temperature in Room 713 is controlled and not able to adjust to the temperature that you want. My indoor room temperature Is set to 27 degrees and very hot In late night after feedback to to the front desk, room is changed immediately and upgraded to a bigger room. Very efficient. Free airport transfer by Mercedes Benz SUV , bus driver is very friendly and helpful.

Crowne Plaza Tianjin Binhai is a long-standing IHG property. You can tell from its decor that a lot of thought and detail went into its original design, and it's been well-maintained over the past decade. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel breakfast spread is quite generous, with a wide selection of delicious Western pastries. They also offer Tianjin's signature Jianbing Guozi, though I felt the *bocui* (crisp fritter) could have been better. There's a swimming pool; it's not huge, a 1.3-meter deep rectangular pool that's perfectly fine for kids to splash around in. The only real difficulty we encountered was parking; you have to find a spot yourself on the ground level, which can be hit-or-miss.

Real stay experience: The environment is very clean, the soundproofing is good, and the service is good. It is very close to the airport and takes about ten minutes to drive. It is also convenient to go to the city center near the subway station. We booked the airport pick-up service. They will call you in advance, and then the pick-up person will wear a suit to help you take the luggage and contact the driver. The check-in experience is also very good! The room is very clean and there are no water stains on the faucet and mirror (the picture shows the disposable bedding we brought ourselves). The most unexpected thing is! When we came back from going out, we actually received a small note and fruit snacks left by the housekeeping department. It was quite a surprise. I am very happy that I chose to stay in your hotel this time!

We arrived on a Saturday, and it was quite crowded, but it didn't detract from our experience. The lady at the front desk was lovely. My child absolutely loved swimming, going for a dip last night and again today. The hotel is quite spacious, and there are plenty of activities for children, though some come with an extra charge. The prices were quite reasonable. We had a two-day, one-night stay, and pretty much spent all our time at the hotel, enjoying the swimming pool and kids' play area, only venturing out for meals. We didn't have enough time to experience the hot springs this trip, but we'll definitely try them next time!

Although I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!

Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office. 2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard. 3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos. 4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition. 5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection . 6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool. 7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor. Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

have lived here several times, once year twice year, like the location, check in process, convenient, the landscape, could see all the places around hexi area, not saying it is a best, but for me, best cost performance, go downstairs, can have the 711, tianjin breakfast, local lunch supper

Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.
