This is a five-star hotel with a luxurious, old-school decor. The hotel service is absolutely impeccable; every single staff member was incredibly friendly and had an excellent attitude, making us feel right at home. We even happened to be staying during a political conference. The location is fantastic, very close to the high-speed train station and only about a kilometer from the ancient city. A special shout-out to the auntie at the fifth-floor spa; as a 'southern kid' experiencing a full body scrub for the first time, she was so gentle and kind throughout the entire process. We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

Honestly, the Superior Twin Room is perfectly fine. The Deluxe rooms are just bigger than the Superior ones, but there's no other difference, and the extra space isn't really utilized. The hotel staff provided excellent service, the rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious (the braised pork, stir-fried pork slices, siu mai, and sweet and sour meatballs were all outstanding). I especially liked the buckwheat pillows in each room; they're perfect for someone like me who can't sleep on high pillows. The front desk gave everyone a beautiful souvenir map. Even when retrieving our bags, the bellhop quickly came over and hurried to assist, which shows that the Garden Hotel treats its employees well, as their professionalism and enthusiasm for service are exceptional. There are several popular internet-famous restaurants around the hotel. You can go down to get a number during meal times, then come back to the hotel and relax, and head back down when your number is called an hour or two later. No need to wait outside the hotel in the cold. I have to recommend a hidden gem: a fried skewer shop near the hotel. It's incredibly tasty, even the coating on the quail eggs is crispy. The spa area is a bit small, with only two scrubbing stations and five showers, but the scrubbing service, massage service, and other assisted bathing services are all excellent and reasonably priced. The staff scrub very diligently. My family member said that the guy ahead of him, after asking about the prices, immediately declared he wanted every service! 😂😂😂 I feel like if I come back in the future, I'll still choose the Garden Hotel.

This hotel is really the most cost-effective hotel in Pingyao Ancient City, belonging to Jinjiang Group! The price is really reasonable! More than 200 also bring breakfast! The room was very clean! The bedding was very comfortable! The front desk staff was particularly friendly and took the initiative to say hello! When I checked out, I also sent a small gift, representing Shanxi's specialties, vinegar and small snacks! Rich breakfast! The children are also very satisfied! There is a separate parking lot in the courtyard! Because this Libai Hotel is better! So I went to Chengdu and booked the Libai Hotel! It is really a group of dark horses of Jinjiang Group!

Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, and the hot spring center is also spotless! Service: The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent, both in the guest rooms and in the restaurant. The front desk staff is very welcoming and will personally explain the hotel facilities and escort them to your room. They also give a small gift upon check-out. My whole family is very satisfied with this hotel and will stay again! Fengyang Yitang Hot Spring 4-Hour Ticket (Includes a meal of your choice and unlimited fruit and drinks): The hot springs aren't large, but they are clean and provide ample leisure and entertainment. Food and drinks upstairs are all free.

Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The environment is very good. It is really beautiful to go in this season. The space capsule is not bad to live in. The air is also very good. The space capsule is smart home. I came to Linfen on a self-driving tour. When I was screening hotels online, I saw that this was a newly opened hotel, so I placed an order! I am really satisfied with the decoration style I like. The front office manager, Guo Tongtong, is very considerate and professional. She answers all my questions. The room is super clean and has green plants. Breakfast was good too. The laundry room is also nice, the washing machine tubs are very clean. Jiudian is particularly attentive and even prepared disinfectant laundry detergent, which is a great partner for me when doing laundry. In addition, the hotel's location has a great view. You can see the Fen River here. It's a thumbs up! Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiyuan.
