The staff were very pleasant and service good and attentive. Breakfast was very good with local and internatonal spread and we can change it for lunch if we woke up late. Room was large and being cleaned daily and new towels and amenities were replenished.. Chanbernaid Susan Chen was very polite and attentive. Thank you all and certainly will stay at Glenview for our next trip here"

"They are a bit busy I arrive at 16:00 and i need to wait my room to be ready around 30 minutes. But give free water and cold tea and fan. Room is clean. Condition is working. Stuff responded quickly. They put decorations for me swan. 🤣 The view is nice. Mostly family couples are staying. Breakfast: so far ok. Juice is not fresh just a regular juice. No salmon !! Only 2 types ham , cheese was good, buns not so good mostly just taste plain bread. Mixed egg was good. I don't eat Chinese food so not so much to choose from. Breakfast is 4/10. Stuff is good. Swimming pool: NO CONDITIONER AT ALL so hot. Inside the locker room so hot, outside so hot. 6/10. Has jacuzzi and 2 sauna. Good. Has water bottles. Overall is ok 7/10"

SSM2We stayed in the summer duplex villa. This a spacious two storey accommodation with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Overall the facilities were comfortable. It’s a more expensive accommodation yes, but reflected in the facilities, private hot spring and lovely service. Quanbieyuan was our host and very helpful. We loved the private hot spring. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, I couldn’t finish all of it although I wanted to. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought him a lovely cake. We also had tickets included to the hot springs next door which were wonderful. They give you VIP tickets which means access to a slightly more private change area. Across the road is a restaurant and shopping area, if you keep walking right then you will reach many well priced restaurants, supermarkets etc. It’s actually a pleasant area. There is no metro nearby but a bus stops in front of the resort if you need.

The amenities were brand new, and the TV and electric kettle worked perfectly and were neatly arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. The room also thoughtfully provided tea bags and mineral water, a truly thoughtful touch. The lighting was also excellent; opening the curtains and letting in bright light lifted my mood. The service was also attentive, and the staff were welcoming from check-in to check-out. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

WWwdaxiaowangArriving in Chongqing from Shijiazhuang, our subsequent stay during this trip was at the Regent Hotel. Let me just say upfront, this review of the Regent reflects the genuine experience of my family and me. The hotel's facilities are exceptionally comprehensive, and they truly think of everything for their guests. Even hair curlers are available, and they can provide retainer cases and contact lens care supplies. We hadn't brought contact lenses due to travel inconvenience, nor had I brought my retainer, but honestly, staying at the Regent, you truly don't need to worry about such small details. Speaking of facilities, the hotel offers a swimming pool, a bar, Chinese and Western restaurants, kids' DIY activities, and much more. Despite being a nine-year-old hotel, it is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The overall ambiance and design are very stylish and perfectly complement Chongqing's local culture and charm, with excellent attention to detail. But above all, it was the service that truly stood out and was the primary reason I chose the Regent. I experienced the hotel's exceptional service two days before check-in, when they proactively inquired about our room preferences and requirements, even offering a choice of pillows. Upon arrival at the hotel, a dedicated staff member was there to open the car door, and our luggage was promptly taken care of by another staff member. During check-in, we were even presented with thoughtful and exquisite children's gift sets. While waiting in the lounge, a warm and welcoming staff member offered us drinks. After a brief respite, we entered our room to find it meticulously prepared for us, including the arrangement of latex and buckwheat pillows. The mattress was a KingKoil, and while the sleeping experience, though excellent, was perhaps a tad less perfect than our premium mattress at home, it was still very good. The toilet was a TOTO with a Washlet, and as someone who's had experience with TOTO products, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff members were all very enthusiastic and patiently answered and handled any questions or requests. Daily housekeeping and turndown service were provided, ensuring the room was spotless, tidy, and created a wonderfully inviting ambiance. Thoughtful touches like glasses cleaning cloths, weather cards, cable ties, premium bath amenities, and even handling of laundry were all impeccable. The staff at the DIY area, swimming pool, Two Rivers Bar, and dining areas were all exceptionally good. My son was right at the 1.2-meter height threshold, yet they didn't charge for his meals. The hotel gifted us Chongqing noodles as a souvenir, and we were even allowed to keep the room key cards as a memento. They also gave us dessert vouchers, and we received beautifully packed desserts to enjoy on our journey home. My sincere gratitude once again to every single staff member. Well, I'll stop here; there are simply too many thoughtful details to list them all. This hotel truly sets a benchmark that many others should aspire to!

Before our trip to Chongqing, I struggled with indecision about which hotel to book. However, after reading reviews on Ctrip, I promptly chose the Conrad. Upon arriving at the hotel on June 29th, I was immediately captivated by the stunning view from the front desk. We were then upgraded from our original view room to an incredible 270-degree view room, which was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the clouds drift by was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable; every casual photo I took looked picture-perfect. The room facilities were immaculate and well-maintained, and all the amenities were top-tier. Every staff member was exceptionally polite. Manager Richard, the front desk team, and the housekeeping staff were all incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making my children and me feel completely at home. A truly wonderful surprise was the farewell gesture, with unexpected flowers and gifts, which made my daughter's graduation trip extra special. A huge thank you again to Richard and his wonderful, caring team! Next time I'm in Chongqing, Conrad will definitely be my top choice, and I'll be sure to recommend it to all my friends and family!

CChun Man KevinWe arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

CcurtisningService: The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. A special shout-out to Anne at the front desk and Amy in the restaurant for their exceptional and attentive service. Facilities: For a hotel that's been operating for over a decade, the facilities are surprisingly well-maintained. However, in room 4918, there was a leak from the showerhead/faucet after turning on the water, which needs replacing. Also, the in-room telephone was not functioning correctly and requires inspection. Dining: The evening buffet offered fresh dishes, and the oysters were particularly large and plump. The beverage selection, however, could be more varied. The food at the Hong Kong Cafe (Bing Sutt) was also quite good.

The decor is exactly my style – chic and minimalist, without any unnecessary clutter. The light color palette, paired with subtle metallic accents, feels both luxurious and incredibly photogenic. The room's design is clearly tailored for a younger crowd; even the desk lamp and wall art have a cool, 'influencer' vibe. The vanity mirror has built-in lighting, which made applying makeup and taking photos super convenient. The service was also very thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even proactively recommended great places to explore and eat nearby. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring I got a great night's sleep. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose this place again.
