Very good, rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant environment, and quiet. The service staff can speak simple Chinese, which makes communication easy. Dinner is also very good, with good color, aroma and taste.

This was my second stay at the Vinpearl Hotel. It was just as excellent as it was the first time. The staff are phenomenal—professional, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The property is beautifully maintained and my room was great.  The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Breakfast: More desserts than savory options, with limited Chinese dishes. Room: It's more of a serviced apartment with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and electric stove. It's divided into a small living room, bedroom, and kitchen. No bathtub. Bathroom: No soap, and no hand towels. Cleanliness: The room is very clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff are professional. Laundry: Stains, especially grease, couldn't be removed, even though they could easily be cleaned with dish soap. Spa: More expensive than in Shenzhen. Dining: The prices for both Chinese and Western food are reasonable.

The bedding is very new and comfortable, which is what I pay most attention to when staying in a hotel. Because it is newly opened, the facilities are very new. There are rubber slippers and disposable slippers to choose from, and there are public umbrellas in the lobby. The breakfast is a little simple.

Stylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.

If I say it is the most beautiful and cheapest hotel in Hanoi. There is no harm in it.Breakfast is included in this but it is not a good breakfast for vegetarians.Apart from this, the swimming pool, bar and gym of the hotel are very beautiful.The hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice.

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.
