Great hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet has sooo many choices: cereal, cakes, a variety of pastries, breads, cheese and meat, juice, coffee and tea…so who needs the “pay for eggs” option?! The beds are comfy the room is late 1960s style with lotta of space to move around. The bathroom is probably the only thing that is a little ‘too’ old and really needs a renovation, but we were very warm and comfortable and enjoyed our location and the whole stay.

Hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and location, I have stayed here before. Generally I am a big fan of this hotel. However this booking was not as great because of the poor service, I was unable to make my reservation due to flight delays and the staff was not very understanding to cancel and refund or even just to move the dates of the reservation. This will make me think twice about booking here again in the future.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and willing to help us solve the problem, they speak Spanish, everyone communicates with translation software, everything is fine, the hotel has sent the hotel information and city map when checking in, very convenient! Fully equipped, the most regrettable is that the plug of its electric kettle is a coarse round foot, but the whole room has only a young round foot socket! Not used! The buffet breakfast has the food we want to eat, so satisfied! The warm swimming pool and sauna are open for a long time, we can use it!

Estrutura do hotel muito boa e localização também é otima. Mas o café da manhã é ruim para o produto ofertado. Vista do quarto muito ruim, pois tinha adquirido suite com vista para a cidade onde poderiamos contemplar o por do sol de colonia que é maravilhoso, e nos colocaram em uma acomodação com vista para um muro verde.

El hotel funciona en una hermosa casa antigua que fue restaurada y está impecable. La habitación asignada era muy bonita, pero con falencias importantes: el aire acondicionado instalado a un metro por sobre la cabeza emitía un ruido que hacía imposible descansar. No había mesita de luz ni velador. Al comentar esto en recepción, destaco la gran disposición de Micaela para que mi estadía fuera agradable y me cambió la habitación. Quiero destacar y agradecer toda su gestión y la de todo el personal.

The hotel is magnificent! Located in the center of the old town, a 5-minute walk from all the attractions of Colonia del Sacramento. The hotel building is historic. The rooms are bright and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The breakfasts are varied, and there's a small pool on site.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room Was missing coffee and a bath mat for the shower. Overall it was a great stay. The pool outside was beautiful and clean, unfortunately the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water was swamp green and hadn't been cleaned properly .

Estuvimos 3 noches en el.hotel. Todo el personal,desde Recepcion, Mucamas,Mozas del restaurant,etc fueron miy amables y serviciales en todo momento. El desayuno,10 pumtos. Variado, todo casero, exquisito todo. Tambien la comida del Restaurant. Utilizamos las instalaciones de la piscina interna,que estaban muy comodas. La temperatura del agua,muy agradable. Todo el personal del hotel colaboro para que nuestra estadia fuera muy disfrutable. Enfrente del hotel,hay un pequeño.shoping,que incluye cafeterias, cine y farmacia,ademas de algunas tiendas de ropa. Tambien,cambio de monedas.

The room was very comfortable, clean and organized, the bathroom was also spacious, the reception girls were very nice and careful to the guests, the breakfast was simple but tasteful. There is tasty water, tea and filtered water all day available for everyone. The location is very good, inside the historic center and where everything happens.

The room we had was quite outdated, and smelled damp so we went straight in to open the window. There were no plugs near the nightstands, in fact there was only one plug in the room so charging devices was an odyssey. The buffet breakfast was of very good quality but the strange thing was that you had to choose from afar what you wanted and the staff served it to you. The heated pool is a great place to go at this time of year. The location is very good, you are a block and a half from the main street and a few blocks from the historic center.
