Hotels With Pools in Santarem District, Portugal

Good location. Enough sympathy. Small room. Limited parking. No large common spaces, although with a pleasant living room, without TV. Breakfast with the most important things, without exaggeration, in a pleasant room.

It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.

Big hotel a short walk from the train station. Hotel has 2 pools both cold. The hotel does not have an iron for guests to use. Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast was continental style. Same food every day. Wait staff were friendly. We had a problem with the mosquitos in the room which was promptly dealt with. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel.

Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos: O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia. O elevador demora muito tempo. De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

It was a very pleasant experience, the location of the accommodation is excellent, the equipment is relatively new and in good condition, the hospitality and the quality of the professionals was irreprensible, the food offered for breakfast is varied and excellent, the management ”Pet Friendly” is exemplary and highlighting. Comments on the suggestion of improvements: - bathrooms in the area of the indoor pool (inexistent), which is almost uncomfortable in winter, travels from/to accommodations versus indoor pool/sauna/turk bath are distressing; - The rooms could have more room for customer clothes, the toilets should have towel supports in conditions, than those presented (loose vertical bamboo support “=” stair); - The prices of the local restaurant are exaggerated (do not attract many guests)! ? ...

The only problem is that it was very full and the pool is small for so many people we have never used.

Gostei, empregados do hotel muito acessíveis e educados. Gostzria de ficar hospedada durante um fim de semana, é o único tempo disponível que tenho para usufruir do hotel e visitar( conhecer) Santarém . O pequeno almoço é o essencial, no entanto poderia melhorar um pouquito. Atenciosamente, Carla C.

As instalações, a localização e pequeno-almoço são optimos. Aconteceu algo desagradável, que no quarto ao lado de madrugada chegou um hospede embriagado, que estava hospedado no quarto imediatamente ao lado e querendo entrar no seu próprio quarto bateu com toda a força que tinha na porta, acordando todos os hospedes à sua volta de sobressalto e falando alto durante cerca de 2h. Isto fez com que entre as 3h e as 5h da manhã fosse completamente impossível dormir, acabando por estragar toda a restante noite de descanso. Quem estava na receção tentou ajudar, perante as chamadas a solicitar ajuda, no entanto, não resolveu nem evitou o sucedido...ofereceram um café como compensação, depois de termos acabado de tomar o pequeno almoço e que tínhamos pago para tal! Percebo que para o hotel não é fácil evitar estas situações, no entanto deviam ter-se mostrado mais compreensivos para com quem ficou sem dormir, por motivos completamente alheios!

Hotel with excellent service, very pleasant good breakfast with good variety , despite insufficient in fruit and milk . As for the room, leave a little to wish for a hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐, however, very comfortable and everything clean

Easy stopover off the A1. Accessible through the services. Simple cold breakfast available, plenty of choice with hot drinks. Room basic but very clean and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Was able to check in still at midnight after a delayed flight.
