첫날 히터가 작동이 되지않아서 2번이나 전화하고 그래도 시정이 않되어서 로비로 내려가서 방을 교체요청 하였으나 그것도 묵살 공조시스템이 여름으로 설정이 되어있어서 그런다고함 헐!!!! 로비는 히터가 작동이 되어서 따뜻하였습니다. 그러면서 우리한테 담요를 한장씩 더준다고 하더라고요 이런 ᆢᆢ!! 이호털2곳에서 숙박하였는대 문제가 많은것같아요 4성급은 않이고 3성급수준입니다 가격만 4성급

Nous sommes des clients habituels de cet hôtel Três bien situé pour visiter la ville, très propre, très bonne literie.Très classe mais dans son jus depuis quelques années, quelques rénovations sont entreprises mais malheureusement bas de gamme par rapport au type d hôtel , avec le temps la qualité des prestations diminuent Nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar mais avons été littéralement ignorés par le personnel, après plus de 30 minutes d attente nous sommes partis, dommage !!

Easy stopover off the A1. Accessible through the services. Simple cold breakfast available, plenty of choice with hot drinks. Room basic but very clean and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Was able to check in still at midnight after a delayed flight.

Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos: O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia. O elevador demora muito tempo. De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

IIsabelAs instalações, a localização e pequeno-almoço são optimos. Aconteceu algo desagradável, que no quarto ao lado de madrugada chegou um hospede embriagado, que estava hospedado no quarto imediatamente ao lado e querendo entrar no seu próprio quarto bateu com toda a força que tinha na porta, acordando todos os hospedes à sua volta de sobressalto e falando alto durante cerca de 2h. Isto fez com que entre as 3h e as 5h da manhã fosse completamente impossível dormir, acabando por estragar toda a restante noite de descanso. Quem estava na receção tentou ajudar, perante as chamadas a solicitar ajuda, no entanto, não resolveu nem evitou o sucedido...ofereceram um café como compensação, depois de termos acabado de tomar o pequeno almoço e que tínhamos pago para tal! Percebo que para o hotel não é fácil evitar estas situações, no entanto deviam ter-se mostrado mais compreensivos para com quem ficou sem dormir, por motivos completamente alheios!
