SSh4FFI wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel.
Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread.
One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

GGuest UserGreat hotel with great amenities! Friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced! Rooms are large and comfortable and the pool and sauna are a great added amenity. Nice part of the city, quiet with great restaurants a stones throw away.

HhuzimiximamaExcellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of the Royal Route, and a stroll around the area gives you a sense of the vibrant energy of young people and the middle class.
It's great to have a gym, though I'd suggest adding a rowing machine.
Our room wasn't facing the main street, but there was still some noise at night; however, it wasn't enough to significantly disrupt our sleep.
All the staff were enthusiastic and professional. Thank you for making our Warsaw experience even better!
Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

YYulia.VThe hotel reminded me of an old Soviet sanatorium. Lots of space, high ceilings. The rooms are in need of renovation, with scuffed walls in places and scratched headboards. There's a swimming pool and saunas in the changing rooms on the -1 floor. It's not a bad hotel, but it requires a major renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way.

GGuest UserSecond time staying here. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also quite large. There's no kettle and no minibar. Since it's an older hotel, the decor and facilities are a bit dated. The showerhead leaks, and the toilet is on the smaller side. All in all, I'd say it's still decent value for money, and it's quite close to the airport, about a 20-minute drive.

Oo_linkaA perfect place for someone flying out of the Chopin Airport - it is right across the street from the Departures. Good selection of yummy food for breakfast. They start serving it at 5 am, so even if you depart early in the morning, you should still be able to grab a bite.
Unfortunately, we had to report the broken phone that kept buzzing and ringing - the staff member was very helpful and because he couldn’t fix it on the spot, he offered to either change the room or take it out of the room. We decided to stay in the same room.
We should’ve taken the offer to change the room… Later, in the middle of the night, we found out that the bathroom equipment was not in a good state: the small enlarging mirror couldn’t be set to the level I wanted (the screw was too lose to hold its weight) and the shower holder was also broken (impossible to take a shower without holding the shower head in your hand the whole time :( ). Of course we were already too tired to report it.
Overall, a very good hotel, but the room inspections should be more thorough to catch the small details that would make travellers’ experience even better.

XXiaojia guThe hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in).
Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often).
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were professional and friendly, and you can store your luggage for free (both early check-in and after check-out). We stayed on the 36th floor, which offered great views. The hotel's location right next to the central station is incredibly convenient for transportation. We were a party of two but were given two double beds, which made for a very comfortable sleep. There's a mini-bar in the room that costs extra (they pre-authorize 200 PLN at check-in, which is refunded if unused). If we ever visit Warsaw again, this will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommended!
