GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

GGuest UserVery nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !!
However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat.
Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

Rrock888I couldn't check in because they couldn't find my booking and my name wasn't on their list. I've stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It took almost two hours to sort out, which was a huge waste of my time. Eventually, Trip.com found the hotel's internal booking number through an email the hotel sent me. Trip.com's handling was excellent; they upgraded me to a sea-view room and provided complimentary breakfast. Honestly, this wasn't Trip.com's fault, it was entirely the hotel's. The hotel gave me two drink vouchers and told me to wait in the restaurant, but after sitting there for ages, no one paid any attention to me. I showed them the vouchers, but no one asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for Wi-Fi and they gave me two long passwords, neither of which worked. The service was absolutely terrible. On the bright side, I did get to see a beautiful sunset from the room.

TTina25Overall, a pretty good experience! I arrived in Rotterdam around 11 AM and tried to check in, but was told the room wasn't ready yet. So I just dropped off my luggage and went out to explore. When I returned to the hotel around 6 PM to check in, the front desk informed me that all the standard rooms were taken. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a river-view room, directly facing the Erasmus Bridge! The room was also larger than the standard rooms I'd stayed in at other hotels in the same chain (perhaps due to my Hilton Honors membership, or maybe because a tour group had booked all the standard rooms). The hotel is conveniently located with a metro station right outside that goes directly to The Hague, and a tram that takes you to Rotterdam Central Station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is next to a main road, so there can be some noise from motorcycles. If that bothers you, I'd recommend requesting a room facing the river.

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

GGuest UserThe location was chosen due to a meeting in the immediate surroundings of this hotel at a very early morning. Thanks to the Navigation without problems arrived. Received route made in English - just like at breakfast. Cleanly cared - well decorated.

GGuest UserWe stayed with our family. It's a very decent hotel. The location might seem a bit awkward without a car, but it's a pristine place nestled in nature. The staff is attentive, the room is clean, the bathroom is spacious, there's an ironing board and iron, and the closet is quite adequate. We loved it and recommend it to you.

GGuest UserGood, correct reception. First floor room. No lift. For us not very much but can be an objection for people. Rooms clean. Beautiful renovated bathroom with ...... toiletpot at senior height! That doesn't happen much in hotels yet! More lighting in the bathroom would be better. Breakfast was good. Lunch cream enough; the farmer's enthusiasm was cheese-toast with cool ham and cheese between? ! ? ! Sorry that we couldn't park the car in the evening on our own terrace. A place on the road, a good stay, a good location, a good starting point for a nice bike ride.

TThe Force went on holidayAbsolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.
