An old-world charm! The hotel is housed in a beautiful colonial-era building right in the middle of the city center, yet my room was very quiet. The furnishings were luxurious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower, spacious closet, and air conditioning. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service from the front desk staff. A special thanks to Christine for her kind help throughout my stay — from finding me ZIG bills to arranging an early morning taxi at the local rate. The experience was great, the hotel is clean and everything is functioning properly. We didn't have any problems at all. The whole process of checking in was simple and fast without any inconveniences.

The room was spacious and the front desk staff was friendly. However, the windows in the room were not well insulated and could not eliminate the noise of vehicles passing by on the road.

Manor-like hotel is very like a tourist attraction, the room is too small, the single bed is small, there is no hot water in the bath, it needs to be improved

The place was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was a 100/10. One of the best places for meetings or just staycation in Bulawayo .
