Location and what’s inside the room:
Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Makati, Seda stands out as a solid choice with a great surrounding area. It's safe to walk around even at night, with numerous dining options just 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, and with the lobby on the 19th floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views from your room. Our room was on the 30th floor, offering a fantastic view. The toiletries are of good quality, unlike the cheaper options found in other hotels, and they also provide bathrobes and high-quality slippers. This hotel is more of a residence-style accommodation, ideal for longer stays, as it includes a full set of kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, rice cooker, and a fully stocked fridge), along with an iron and hairdryer.
They also offer a self-service laundry facility in a designated area.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is available depending on your booking, and if not included, it costs 899 per adult and 450 for kids.
The food selection is decent, but the best parts are the fruit & yogurt section and the bread selection. The rest of the offerings are fairly standard. The breakfast area is located on the 35th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers while dining outdoors.
Facilities/Amenities:
There’s a game room, gym, playroom, and an outdoor pool with a great view. However, the pool feels a bit lackluster and doesn’t have a lifeguard on duty, making it less ideal for children. My kid typically loves pools, but he found this one boring. It could definitely be improved to make it more inviting and enjoyable.
Parking:
FREE parking on first come first serve basis.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price.
We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

The Hotel is a gem in the heart of Manila City. Whether you’re here for the rooftop bar’s stunning views, Restaurant’s delicious food, or the hotel’s impeccable service, you won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and the location makes it easy to explore the city’s top attractions.
**Rating**: 4/5
**Room for Improvement**: The Wi-Fi speed could be a bit faster, but it wasn’t a major issue.
If you’re planning a trip to Manila City, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and experience.
Pleasant travels!
Top hotel for stay over on a connection flight. In walk distance from T3 for the other terminal you need to take taxi. Opposite is a shopping mall / casino with a lot of restaurants.
Hotel itself is perfect , breakfast wouldn’t be any doubts allowed. Staff are super friendly.
The room and the hotel building were clean and tidy!
There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient!
I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it.
We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities,
but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap.
There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel.
Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone.
The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool!
There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!
The hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌

We had an amazing experience at New World Makati Hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
The location is perfect—right in the heart of Makati—and the facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
It seems to be a motel, but the room was spacious and clean. It is not in a downtown area, so there is a lot of traffic, but it did not feel dangerous. Locals have a low rating.

Very Good
GGuest UserGenerally speaking, the service and configuration are comparable to those of ordinary domestic hotels, but here it is already a dimensionality reduction attack. I suggest the boss to get a domestic food delivery robot, and invite a few Titkok bloggers to visit the store and promote it, and it will immediately become an Internet celebrity hotel
GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me.
But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”.
But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.
AAnonymous UserThis is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.
GGuest UserSo nicee! There‘s airport deliver service. It’s so convenience for me. And the ambience is good and quiet. I can sleep well and rest well. Thank you so much for the well experience. Thank you golden seagulls hotel. I will come back again.
GGuest UserBudget hotel meets my needs for awaiting other flights close to airport anytime check in . This is my go
To hotel when in manila. Have strict two guest in room policy.. its the only thing i dont like as i have friends visiting who are not over night guest
GGuest UserLocation and service were perfect. The cleanliness though… Disinfection and sanitation of the place barely made it to average. The dirt swept and hidden under the rugs (during our stay it was under the mattress and bed, between cushion and sofa) did not escape the meticulous eye.
I can still recall this particular chain of motels and how they rightfully earned their reputable reputation. The new management have huge shoes to fill, and by the looks of it, things don’t look too good.
GGuest UserThe location was great. Aircon is functioning well, shower has hot and cold. There is a bidet but it doesn't have a holder, even if you put it on the toilet tank, it keeps falling on the floor. The place was okay for the price.
Just a little suggestion, maybe turn off the music around the lobby or the floor (not sure where its coming from) as the walls are not soundproof. Its hard to rest and sleep. The music played all day long. The next day, it even started early morning.
WWenggai Tilos-FernandezAffordable, clean, high tech (kasi naka smart lock doors), approachable at friendly ang mga staffs. I will definitely book again and recommend this hostel to my relatives and friends.
