Hotels With Parking in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam

I just had a business trip 2N1D Vung Tau. Here are some personal feelings of me and my friend (2 women) after 1 night stay at the hotel: * Plus points: - Nice space, nice view - The security guards are very cute, especially the uncle on the lunch shift 17/10 is very active to help guests, Cover an umbrella for guests when going back in the sun. - Your enthusiasm sales Yen and booking staff Thuy. * Dissatisfaction points: - I arrived at 15 o'clock on 16/10 and stood in front of the door for a long time, there was still no one carrying our luggage, we took it up to the lobby ourselves. - The smell in the lobby is very strong. + Breakfast buffet is cold, food is dry, overall not good compared to my expectations of a 4-star hotel. - The room is poorly soundproofed, I was lost to sleep by the night opening of the same floor rooms. - The staff on the morning pool 17/10 did not support guests, I took a picture and was turned into the pool. , but my friend and I called and didn't see anyone to help. - I was charged extra for cleaning and washing due to stain dust on the pillowcase, I still pay but I am not satisfied, because usually you still wash the pillowcases and blankets after the guests sleep, so why do I have to pay extra for cleaning while that stains are normally washing does not harm to the pillow blankets. And I will think carefully about whether I come back or not because I find the service not worth the cost I spent

The hotel and amenities are very nice but for a Hotel rated as a 5 Star the service is terrible. Otherwise, breakfast buffet, decor and rooms are superb. Need to focus more on SERVICE for the Guests

Me and my friend had a really good experience here with the service and the view of the hotel. The room was clean and organized. This is my second visit in Vias, and I am writing while on the 7th day of 10. I am truly glad that I know Ms Sarah Hein the receptionist lady from my first visit. Now most of the things I booked and communicated through her before and while on this trip. Truly helpful and make the journey more convenient.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

Absolutely spectacular spent four days there for my cousins wedding. The scenery, the location the amenities were all high class. We were even lucky enough to get upgraded from a two bedroom ocean suite in the tower to a two bedroom villa with private pool 24 hour room service, 24 hour Buggy service Beautiful beaches, beautiful pools, lovely Staff They provide free water in the rooms which is an Addison class bottle with Amelia stamp on it unfortunately unfortunately some of them tasted a little funny just smoky and the Hampton wharf about 500 m walking from the resort is nice but at this particular point in time is not fully functional there would be 50 shops there and only three are open apart from that, it was absolutely great

Outstanding value for 2. Honestly we'd completed everything we wanted to see in vung tau rather quickly, but we stayed longer due to the apartment. Washing machine, fridge, clean, balcony. Has everything you need and is in amazing condition. The host is also available through WhatsApp at any given point. The rest of the building is great too. Lovely gym and pool. It's genuinely your own fancy little apartment. You can stay here in comfort for as long as you need to relax or recooperate.

Excellent service, 10 minutes walk to the public beach, very friendly & helpful staff, scenic (sea) view from windows, delicious continental breakfast etc. I will certainly stay at Pullman Vung Tau if I come again in this town.

Return to Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram after a quite long time. The warm welcome from the Front Desk - Concierge makes me feel very comfortable. The room and surrounding facilities are very clean. Lemongrass restaurant has a convenient location and a variety of morning buffet. The food is delicious and especially the supportive spirit of the F&B department must make me ”WOW” (although I have experienced many restaurants in the resort). The waiters are all very attentive, open and enthusiastic. When I was enjoying the morning, Mr.Phong (F&B manager or supervisor) came to ask and wished us a happy holiday. I appreciate the spirit of customer support from you from FO to F&B. It must be that not only me but also many visitors after the trip have similar experiences. Hope to have more enjoyable stay here in the near future.

It is the latest hotel added to the Grand Ho Tram ***** which share the same complimentary shuttle bus service. Like the lobby and corridor designed with open air which enable us to enjoy the sea breeze. Room was clean with good layout, kitchenette and balcony. We have few selections for food and entertainment selection (cinema, arcade, bowling) as The Grand is within walking distance or you can take the on demand shuttle service provided by hotel. Breakfast selections and variety is reasonably good. What impressed me most is the attention and initiative taken by the Sea Salt restaurant staff. Upon knowing my vegetarian diet during dinner at the 1st night, effort was made to inform the kitchen to specially prepare a veg breakfast for me. I did not identify my dietary in the next morning when I went for breakfast and yet staff immediately ask what I would like when seated. As I usually do not make special requests and try to make do with whatever is served in breakfast, so imagined how appreciative I am. Kudos to he excellent customer service training and paying attention to details. Overall very impressed by Fusion brand standards.

A wonderful vacation at Annata, friendly staff, beautiful room, beautiful view, thank you for the enthusiastic service from the attentive staff, delicious breakfast, great summer vacation with family, I will come back here if I have the chance🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

When we arrived to this hotel we immediately noticed a weird stinky smell in every room - we had 4 rooms on 2 floors. Every room smelled as a stinky socks - that’s because there are molds everywhere on the walks in rooms or in bathrooms. Second thing, we payed for the most expensive rooms with sea views and extra large beds, when we came into the hotel, we got 2 rooms with extra large rooms, 1 room with 2 separated beds and 1 room with extra small bed - and that room was intended to be for 2 adults. The bed was 120cm wide. We were told at the reception, that they don’t have any rooms with extra large rooms left. So they offered us a Suite which had a slightly wider bed. So we decided to stay the night. A bad idea. We found even more molds in the bathroom, in the shower as well. Everything seemed dusty in the whole room. But then the biggest problems came. The mattress was so hard, that I felt like lying on a wooden plank, literally. Windows can’t be shut properly in every single room, so we had to fold the menu behind the closing handle, so the window could latch a bit better. So we got into our beds, finally. But then some very noisy guests in the hallways started to party. Literally they just thrown their booze on the ground together with a loudspeaker and that’s how they partied in the hallways. No words needed. Other than that, we could hear loud noises coming in from the street - you can hear every single people chatting on the street next to your hotel, every single motorbike, cars honking... like literally everything. And of course there was a party outside the hotel so we could hear even that. Like it wasn’t enough. Construction workers start to work on reconstruction of one building near the hotel soon every morning. So we got nice 30 minutes of sleep throughout the whole night. Had the opportunity to go on a business trip and stay here, great scenery and cleanliness. Friendly staff dedicated to serving. Beautiful room and extremely wonderful sea view! Located next to the sea, you can enjoy the fresh and salty air of the sea. I like the long paved road the most! On one side is the sea and on the other is a row of green coconut trees...🤩 I'm not very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, even though it's quite full of dishes. Overall, a place worth enjoying and experiencing! Will come back again if there is a chance. ☺️

A great resort hotel. The service staff are very enthusiastic and professional. Their English is also good. The breakfast is rich and the Vietnamese rice noodles are delicious. The swimming pool villa was a pleasure. There were no people in the swimming pool and the water quality was very good. Like, like, like. The shuttle bus is also very convenient and worth recommending. The environment in the hotel is great, the greenery is very high

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience.

Only down side is there’s nothing nearby the resort unless you borrow a bicycle and ride for a few kilometres to the nearest convenience store and seafood restaurant for cheap alcohol and food. The food sold at the resort is by no means over priced, but not exactly cheap either.

We did a company trip here and had a great 2 days 1 night stay. Room was clean and breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. Mentioned the Bar Cafe, their Vietnamese Milk Coffee was great to wake us up after a tired night partying. The staffs at Bar Cafe are all friendly, especially Ms. Thuy and Mr. Hieu. Will come back next time for a longer stay. P/s: Their teddy bear and engraved coconut were cute.

We stay 1 night,let me start by saying the services is good and nice but it a bit sunny, there have many trees and fresh air, I love it so much. However day use service such as mud bath and springs bath are expensive, I'm fine cause they included swimwear jukata, towers,... All things for you, best choice One again I will come back soon

Khách sạn mới mở tầm 10 tháng ,cơ sở vật chất rất mới.Phòng ốc sạch sẽ ,nhân viên nhiệt tình . Các bạn đi theo nhóm gia đình có thể thưởng thức BBQ ngoài trời ,có sẵn lò than cho các bạn nướng. Các bạn không cần đi đâu xa ,đối diện Vanilla có chổ cho mình order đồ ăn hải sản rất tiện -tươi ngon -giá cả hợp lý . Gần bãi biển (600m ). Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.🥰
